《亚太国际人道法年刊》是由红十字国际委员会与菲律宾大学国际法研究所联合出版的刊物。现就2020年刊公开征求稿件,欢迎大家踊跃投稿。

About the Journal
The Asia-Pacific Journal of International Humanitarian Law is a publication of the Institute of International Legal Studies-University of the Philippines Law Center and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
The Journal aims to produce peer-reviewed scholarly articles and book reviews, as well as commentary on significant developments in international law, and related fields. It has a special focus on the Asia-Pacific region, and is published once a year.
We invite the submission of articles on subjects related to International Humanitarian Law, humanitarian policy or humanitarian action, provided the article has not been published or accepted elsewhere. In order to qualify for submission, an article must either be authored by someone from the Asia-Pacific region, or alternatively, be about the Asia-Pacific region.

Rights of children in armed conflict
Protection of cultural heritage in times of armed conflict
IHL and weapons (nuclear weapons, new weapon technologies, arms trade, etc.)
IHL and terrorism (including counter - terrorism legislation and UNSC Resolution 2462)
IHL courts in the region (from the aftermath of WWII up to the present)
National Committees of IHL and domestic implementaion of IHL
Peacekeeping forces
IHL and Islam
Refugees in Asia, forced migration
IHL and climate change
Protection against human trafficking, protection of stateless persons

The Journal accepts papers on a rolling basis.
For publication in the 2020 edition, authors are invited to send their papers to:
