Hainan Free Trade Port Investment Projects Networking Event

China Chamber of Commerce in the UK is jointly organising a Hainan Free Trade Port Investment Projects Networking Online Event with Hainan Provincial Bureau of International Economic Development (Hainan IEDB) and Joint Conference of Chinese Overseas Chambers of Commerce ("JCCOCC"). The event will take place on Thursday, 24th September 2020 from 9:30-11:10. 

The event will provide an excellent networking opportunity and access to investment projects in Hainan FTP for UK companies who are interested in expanding their businesses overseas. It will be highly beneficial for trade and investment cooperation between the UK and China. 

This event will be held online the number of participants will be anticipated to be around 200. Representatives of local companies, Chinese companies in the UK, Ministry of Commerce of PRC, Chinese Embassy in the UK, JCCOCC, Bank of China Hainan Branch, Department of International Trade ("DIT"), City of London, China–Britain Business Council ("CBBC"), The 48 Group Club, Institution of Directors ("IoD") will be invited to attend the event. To improve the efficiency and quality of project matchmaking, the event will be conducted in English. 

Representatives will be discussing various key industrial park in the Hainan FTP, explaining industrial preferential policies, investment requirements, business procedures, and as well as share their experiences in Sino-foreign business cooperation: 

• Haikou Jiangdong New Area (Investor target sector: Financial Services, Tourism, Healthcare Services) 

• Haikou National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone (Investor target sector: High-tech, Medical Service & Pharmaceuticals, New Materials) 

• Haikou Integrated Free Trade Zone (Investor target sector: Cross-border E-commerce, Logistics, Trade, Financial Services) 

• Haikou Fullsing Internet Industrial Park (Investor target sector: ICT, Cultural & Digital Media, Digital Healthcare, Exhibition) 

• Hainan Ecological Software Park (Investor target sector: ICT, Digital Trade, Start-ups) 

• Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone (Investor target sector: Franchise Health Care, Health Management, Rehabilitation, Medical Beauty, International Medical Tourism)

• Sanya Central Business District (Investor target sector: Duty free Consumer Goods, Tourism, Cruise & Yacht) 

• Hainan Lingshui Li'an International Education Innovation Pilot Zone (Investor target sector: Education) 

We have also invited representatives from companies in key sectors such as Duty free Consumer Goods, Cultural & Tourism, Medical Service & Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services and Education to pitch their available investment projects.
