留学生办公室从1月28日起在“留学上外”微信公众号上为大家整理发布新型冠状病毒疫情防控的有关新闻和信息，以帮助上外国际学生了解权威部门发布的最新消息，掌握当前情况发展，避免不实信息的干扰，加强自身安全防护，共同做好新型冠状病毒疫情防控工作，万众一心，共同打赢这场战争！
Office of international student affairs (OISA) will post news and information about the prevention and control of novel coronavirus infection at Study in SISU. It may help international students to get the latest news released by authoritative departments, have a clear eye on the current situation, and keep away from the rumors. Several antiviral drugs with inhibiting effects against the novel coronavirus have been selected by the Wuhan Institute of Virology for potential clinical trials, said the institute affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences on Wednesday.

校内通知
为了做好相关防控工作，切实保障广大师生员工的身体健康和生命安全，学校决定推迟2020年春季学期开学时间。所有学生（包括本科生、研究生、国际学生、培训生等各类学生）务必不要早于2月20日（周四）返校。原定开学前的补考、社会实践、实习等教学科研实践活动延期。具体开学时间以及进行学校另行通知。
In order to prevent and control the novel coronavirus infection and protect the physical health and life safety of SISU teachers and students, the opening of spring semester of 2020 will be POSTPONED. All students, including bachelor / postgraduate students / international students / training students, please DO NOT RETURN to the university before February 20, 2020 (THU). Teaching, scientific research and practice activities, such as make-up examination, intern and social practice, will be POSTPONED. The new opening day and follow-up arrangement will be informed soon.

情况通报
市卫健委今天（30日）通报：2020年1月30日0—12时，上海市排除疑似病例28例；新增新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎确诊病例11例，其中外地来沪人员3例，本市常住人口8例。
11 new cases of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus have been confirmed in Shanghai till the noon of January 30, 2020. 28 suspected cases were excluded.
