Notification of 

Designating Controlled Areas 

in Baiyun District

 (No. 65)

根据当前疫情防控需要，按照国务院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情联防联控机制综合组《新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控方案（第九版）》相关规定，经白云区新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部研究决定，自2022年10月22日新增以下高风险区、中风险区、低风险区：

According to the COVID-19 Response Plan (Version No. 9) issued by the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council and in light of the epidemic situation in Baiyun District, we have designated certain parts of the district as high-, medium- and low-risk areas on October 22, 2022.一、高风险区：实行“足不出户、上门服务”等管理措施。I. High-risk Areas: Residents in these areas are under mandatory home quarantine. Necessary services and goods will be delivered to their doorsteps.（一）马沥村南街东一巷17号。1. No. 17, East First Lane, South Street, Mali Village.（二）嘉禾街望岗西岭路十五巷13、15、16、17、18号，望岗西岭路十六巷11、13、14、15、16、17、18号。2. Jiahe Subdistrict: No. 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, Fifteenth Lane, Xiling Road, Wanggang; and No. 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, Sixteenth Lane, Xiling Road, Wanggang.（三）白云湖街夏茅向北八巷9号、11号、13号、6号、8号，夏茅向北七巷5号、9号。3.Baiyunhu Subdistrict: No. 9, 11, 13, 6, 8, Xiangbei Eighth Lane, Xiamao Village; No. 5 and 9, Xiangbei Seventh Lane.（四）白云湖街夏茅海口海鹫一巷5-9号，海口海鹫二巷4-8号，海口海鹫三巷4-8号，海口海鹫海便基二横10号，海口海鹫后1号、3号、3-1号、4号、5号。4.Baiyunhu Subdistrict: No. 5-9, Haikou Haijiu First Lane, Xiamao Village; No. 4-8, Haikou Haijiu Second Lane; No. 4-8, Haikou Haijiu Third Lane; No. 10, Haibianji Second Lane, Haikou Haijiu Lane; No. 1, 3, 3-1, 4, 5, Haikou Haijiu Back Lane.（五）白云湖街夏茅向北四巷3号、4号、6号、8号、7号、11号，向北五巷4号、5号、6号、7号、10号。5.Baiyunhu Subdistrict: No. 3, 4, 6, 8, 7, 11, Xiangbei Fourth Lane, Xiamao Village; No. 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, Xiangbei Fifth Lane, Xiamao Village.（六）白云湖街夏茅栏一巷1-14号，码头大巷北1-16号，三角塘巷27、29、31、33号，夏茅迎长里北1号。6.Baiyunhu Subdistrict: No. 1-14, Lan First Lane, Xiamao Village; No. 1-16, Matouda Lane North, Xiamao Village; No. 27, 29, 31, 33, Sanjiaotang Lane;No. 1, Yingchangli Lane North, Xiamao Village.（七）白云湖街夏茅沙园坊华富街六巷2号、3号、4号、5号，坊华富街八巷2号，坊华兴花园八巷1号、2号，坊新街十二巷2号、4号、6号，坊华兴花园七巷3号、1号。7.Baiyunhu Subdistrict: No. 2, 3, 4, 5, Sixth Lane, Huafu Street, Shayuanfang, Xiamao Village; No. 2, Eighth Lane, Huafu Street; No. 1, 2, Eighth Lane, Huaxing Garden; No. 2, 4, 6, Twelfth Lane, Xin Street; No. 1,3 , Seventh Lane, Huaxing Garden.
二、中风险区：（除高风险区外）实行“人不出区、错峰取物”等管理措施。II. Medium-risk Areas (excluding high-risk areas) Residents in these areas are prohibited to exit the zone and deliveries must be collected on a staggered schedule.（一）马沥环村路一号（除高风险区外）。1. No. 1, Mali Huancun Road (excluding high-risk areas).（二）嘉禾街西起西岭路十六巷20号，沿西岭路十六巷后至西岭路157号，南沿西岭路至西岭路145号，西沿西岭路十四巷至西岭路十五巷20号，北沿环村路至西岭路十六巷20号（除高风险区外）。2. Jiahe Subdistrict: the area encircled by No.20, Sixteenth Lane, Xiling Road in the west, along Sixteenth Lane, Xiling Road to No. 157, Xiling Road in the back, along Xiling Road to No.145, Xiling Road in the south, along Fourteenth Lane, Xiling Road to No.20, Fifteenth Lane, Xiling Road in the west, and along Huancun Road to No. 20, Sixteenth Lane, Xiling Road in the north (excluding high-risk areas).
三、低风险区：（除高中风险区外）实行“个人防护，避免聚集”等防范措施。所有餐饮服务单位（含饮品店、小吃店、早餐店等）暂停堂食，只提供到店自取、网络或电话等外卖订餐服务。III. Low-risk Areas (excluding high- and medium-risk areas):Residents in these areas must take proper personal precautions and avoid gathering. Dine-in services of catering service providers (including drinks, snacks, and breakfast shops) are suspended. They must only provide food takeout and online or telephone delivery services.嘉禾街西岭居委全域（除高、中风险区外）。The whole area of Xiling Residential Committee Jiahe Subdistrict (excluding high- and medium-risk areas).以上高中低风险区域范围和管控要求将根据疫情防控形势变化适时调整，我区原有涉疫风险区域管控措施不变。The above management and control requirements will be adjusted dynamically according to the changing COVID-19 situation. The existing control measures will remain unchanged in the risk areas in Baiyun District.
