HOW+很荣幸的宣布，将于2022年10月29日起在HOW+项目空间展厅二呈现艺术家袁骁的首个美术馆个展“透·明”。
街头艺术源起于本地社区的公共空间，与传统艺术不同，街头艺术并不追求艺术的永恒性与所有权。在我们所处的年代，街头艺术不再局限于户外涂鸦这种形式。伴随着流行文化成长起来的新一代街头艺术家们，带着对小众文化的独特理解，创作出年轻又不失对传统探讨的全新艺术形式。艺术家袁骁，就将自己定义为街头艺术家，他从生活中提炼对艺术的理解，并创作出融合了日常与对时代思考的作品。
本次展览，袁骁精炼自己多年的艺术积累，将他独具风格的玻璃系列作品呈现在画布与大型雕塑上。玻璃象征纯洁，具有穿透的力量，让观者可以透过透明的外表直视本质。
展览将于2022年10月29日面向公众呈现。

世界著名涂鸦团体DNA亚洲唯一成员、泰国顶级涂鸦团体MSV成员。08年街头涂鸦创作至今，10岁开始接触中国画到架上绘画、工业设计等多样性艺术教育。
从2014年开始游走美国、泰国、菲律宾、保加利亚、日本、澳门、韩国、印度尼西亚、毛里求斯、德国、澳洲等地进行创作及当地艺术联展擅长质感的写实和表达，其透明风格在世界艺术圈内广受好评并多次受邀前往各国担任艺术嘉宾。

HOW+ is pleased to announce that Transparency, artist VANCE Yuan’s first museum solo exhibition, will be on view at HOW+SPACE TWO since October 29, 2022.
Street art takes its root in public space of local communities. Different from traditional art, street art isn’t after timelessness or ownership. Nowadays street art is no longer confined to outdoor graffiti, probably the best-known form of it. The new generation of street artists who grow together with the diverse developments of pop culture, with their own and unique understanding of microcultures or subcultures, manage to create art forms that are both young, energetic and revisits the tradition with a contemporary touch. Defining himself as a street artist, VANCE draws inspirations from daily life and presents works fusing elements of dailiness and reflection upon the time we live in.
The exhibition features a selection of paintings and large sculptures in which VANCE, through years of practice and exploration, reinterprets his signature “glass texture”. Glass, an epitome of purity, possesses the power of penetration, allowing viewers to see through the transparent surface and get right to the essence.
The exhibition will run through December 16, 2022.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
VANCE Yuan
Since 2008, he started to create street graffiti. he started to learn landscape painting when he was 10 years old. Later,he received various education such as oil painting, heavy color painting and industrial design.
In 2012 he joined the world famous graffiti group DNA (the only member in Asia).
In 2016, he joined MSV, the top Graffiti group in Thailand.
Since 2014, he has been traveling to the United States, Thailand, the Philippines, Bulgaria, Japan, Macau, South Korea, Indonesia, Mauritius, Germany, Australia and other places for creation and local group exhibitions.
HOW昊美术馆于2022年正式创立全新艺术品牌——HOW+。该品牌由昊美术馆创立，HOW+团队独立运营。HOW+代表与任何领域、人群发生连接的可能性。通过持续举办展览与跨界联合项目，打造全新复合型艺术空间与艺术品牌。视野涵盖艺术、科技、商业、设计、建筑、时尚、音乐等多元流行文化形式。借由多维度展览拉近艺术、商业与大众之间的距离，推动并打造一个更贴合前沿艺术动态、城市消费潮流的文化艺术现场。
