【乐活蒙城】重磅！蒙特利尔这几家华人餐厅抽检不合格，遭卫生部重罚！你一定去过！

在我们的生活里，处处不乏让我们的生活变得更好的人们。

而卫生检查员就是保护消费者的无名英雄。没有他们的监管，我们吃到的东西可能。。。

每年，蒙特利尔官方卫生检查员都会检查一些餐馆、面包店、配送中心和肉店柜台，看看这些机构是否有不遵守食品安全法的行为。有时候的检查结果也确实让人震惊。

如果一家餐馆的卫生检查不合格，其结果就会在官网公布出来。从公布的内容可以看到，墙上的油漆碎片到动物排泄物，各种各样的违反行为都有。

乐活君总结了过去四个月来最严重的一些公司的违规行为和他们的罚款原因，你可以看看自己有没有去过这些餐馆：

1、Fu Shing

地点: 1102 Boul. Saint-Laurent 

原因: “For having insects or animals, or their excrements, in the restaurant or retaurant-affiliated vehicle.”

在餐厅或餐厅附属车辆内发现昆虫、动物或其排泄物。

罚款: $3000

2、Restaurant Chinois HaoHao

地点: 721 Rue de l' Église, Verdun

原因: “For having unclean dishes, ustensils or location.”

部分盘子、器皿或某些区域不干净。

罚款: $11600

3、M. Epice

地点: 1701 Boul. des Sources, Pointe-Claire.

原因: “For having insect or animals, or their excrements, in the restaurant or retaurant-affiliated vehicle.”

在餐厅或餐厅附属车辆内发现昆虫、动物或其排泄物。

罚款: $1100

4、Dragon de Chine

地点: 4596 Rue de Verdun, Verdun 

原因: “For having an unclean location, or unclean materials, ustensils or storage.”

有不干净的地方，或不干净的材料、器皿和存储柜。

罚款: $1200

5、Tiki Ming

地点: 7077 Boul. Newman, LaSalle 

原因: “For not keeping products other than fruits and vegetables at a temperature lower than 4 degrees until its delivery to consumers.”

除了水果和蔬菜外，其他产品没有在使用前保持低于4度的温度。

罚款: $1700

6、PHO NGOC TUAN

地点: 4647 Rue Jarry Est, St-Léonard

原因: “2 infractions: one for uncleanliness of location and one for not keeping products other than fruits and vegetables at a temperature lower than 4 degrees until its delivery to consumers.”

有2项违规行为：一项是因为环境不干净，另一项是除了水果和蔬菜外，其他产品没有在使用前保持低于4度的温度。

罚款: $2100 

7、Restaurant Woodland

地点： 5443 Rue Wellington, Verdun

原因:“ One for having animals or insects, or their excrements, in the restaurant. The other for having chipped or decaying walls where they prepare food.”

一项违规是在餐厅内发现昆虫、动物或其排泄物。另一项是用来制作食物的地方有缺口或腐烂的墙壁。

罚款: $1550

8、Pizzeria Moretti 

地点: 1059 Rue Wellington, Montréal

原因:“ Their staff was not wearing either hairnets or beardnets”

他们的员工既没有戴发网也没有戴胡须网。

罚款: $800

9、Restaurant Pho Bang New York

地点: 1001 Boul. Saint-Laurent. 

原因:“ For having animals or insects, or their excrements, in the restaurant.”

餐馆里有动物、昆虫或它们的排泄物。

罚款: $1600

10、Paris Cafe

地点: 1333 Rue Sainte-Catherine Ouest, Montréal 

原因:“ 2 infractions: one for having animals or insects, or their excrements, in the restaurant. The other is for not passing cleanliness tests for either their location, their ustensils or their food storage.”

2项违规行为：一项是在餐厅内发现动物、昆虫或其排泄物。另一种是没有通过对其所在地、产品或食品储存的清洁度测试。

罚款: $2300 

11、Mandy's

是的！你没有看错！就是那家据称留学生都去过的沙拉店！！！

他们家竟然也中枪了？！

地点: 201 Av. Laurier Ouest, Montréal

原因:“ For not keeping heat-alterable products, other than fruits or vegetables, at a temperature below 4 degrees.”

没有将除水果或蔬菜以外的会因温度变质的产品保持在4度以下。

罚款: $250.

12、Coree Atti Express

地点: 733 Rue Cathcart, Montréal 

原因:“ For having animals or insects, or their excrements, in the restaurant.”

餐馆里有动物、昆虫或它们的排泄物。

罚款: $1000

13、L'Gros Luxe

地点: 2472 Rue Notre-Dame Ouest, Montréal

原因:“ For not keeping heat-alterable products, other than fruits or vegetables, at a temperature below 4 degrees.”

没有将除水果或蔬菜以外的会因温度变质的产品保持在4度以下。

罚款: $850

14、Boucherie La Preference

地点: 7500 Boul. des Galeries-d'Anjou, Anjou

原因:“ Trickery or attempted trickery on the state, nature, origin etc. of the food.”

欺骗或企图欺骗食物的状态、性质、来源等。

罚款: $1500.

15、Restaurant Pushap

地点: 4777 Boul. des Sources, Pierrefonds

原因:“ For not maintaining the internal temperature of heat-variable food other than fruits and vegetables at less than 4 degrees celsius.”

除水果和蔬菜以外，没有保持热变化食物的内部温度低于4摄氏度。

罚款: $3000

16、Chez Khady

地点: 850 Boul. Décarie, St-Laurent

原因:“ For not keeping the internal temperature of food at at least 60 degrees until its delivery (69 infractions)”

在食品使用前，没有让食品内部温度保持至少60度（69次违规）。

罚款: $102,450.
