1.绿地酒店旅游集团任命上海三甲港绿地国际旅游度假村综合体总经理——默尔先生
近日，绿地酒店旅游集团宣布默尔先生（Daniel Muhor）出任上海三甲港绿地国际旅游度假村综合体总经理，全面负责度假村内的三家品牌酒店及国际会议中心的管理与运营。
Daniel Muhor默尔先生来自澳大利亚，从事酒店行业多年，拥有丰富的酒店管理经验，曾就职于喜达屋酒店集团（现隶属于万豪国际集团）多年并担任高级管理职务。凭借卓越的领导能力，曾先后在中国广州威斯汀酒店、印度新德里古尔冈威斯汀酒店担任酒店经理；之后他又在孟加拉国达卡威斯汀酒店等酒店担任总经理一职，并于2015年12月加入绿地酒店管理集团担任悉尼绿地铂瑞酒店总经理一职至2019年3月初。

Greenland International Hotels Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Daniel Muhor as the Cluster General Manager of Shanghai Sanjiagang Greenland International Resort. Mr. Daniel Muhor will be fully in charge of the management and operations of the complex which consists of Primus Hotel, The QUBE Hotel, Q-Box Hotel and Convention Center.
Born and raised in Australia, Mr. Daniel Muhor has worked in hospitality for many years and accumulated rich hospitality management knowledge and experience. After many years’ working experience as hotel management in Starwood Group, Mr. Muhor’s outstanding management competence brought his promotion as Hotel manager in The Westin Guangzhou and Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, and subsequently at The Westin Dhaka, Bangladesh as General Manager. In December 2015 he joined Greenland International Hotel Group as General Manager of Primus Hotel Sydney.
It is convinced that in the near future Mr. Daniel Muhor will bring new opportunities and great momentum to the Complex. Shanghai Sanjiagang Greenland International Resort will continually delight the guest with more pleasant surprise and impressive memories.
2.常州新城希尔顿酒店任命总经理——董煦先生
常州新城希尔顿酒店正式任命董煦先生（Jeremy Dong）为总经理。履新前，董煦先生就职于南昌力高皇冠假日酒店，担任总经理一职。
在加入常州新城希尔顿酒店之前，董煦先生曾出任北京希尔顿逸林酒店销售总监以及石家庄希尔顿酒店运营总监。在超过20年的酒店历程中，董煦先生积累了深厚的市场销售背景，他非常重视酒店的营销策略、服务品质及人才培养，丰富的酒店管理经验使他具备了敏锐的洞察力，拥有果断的执行力。
作为一名资深酒店人，董煦先生将突破创新，带领常州新城希尔顿酒店迎接新的机遇和挑战，创造更加辉煌的佳绩，并期待为宾客创造更多的惊喜与难忘的回忆。
Hilton Changzhou is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Dong as General Manager. Jeremy joins Hilton from Crowne Plaza Nanchang Riverside where he held the General Manager role since May 2014.
Jeremy used to be a Hilton member from year 2009 to 2014, he was the Director of Sales for DoubleTree by Hilton Beijing and Director of Operations for Hilton Shijiazhuang.With more than 20 years experiences in international hotel management, Jeremy has a keen sight on hotel industry and decisive execution, and centered with a focus on marketing strategy, customer service quality and talent cultivation.
With his hospitality expertise and enthusiasm for operational excellence, Jeremy will lead the Hilton Changzhou to create more brilliant achievements, and look forward to creating more surprises and continually delight guest.
3.西安高新希尔顿酒店任命酒店总经理——莫瑞森先生
西安高新希尔顿酒店正式任命莫瑞森先生为酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的管理运营。
来自澳大利亚的莫瑞森先生开朗热情，自信幽默，在从事酒店行业超过35年的时间里曾服务过12家希尔顿品牌酒店，阅历丰富，工作足迹经历英国、中东及韩国。在为酒店制定经营策略带领团队获得殊荣之外，他更加注重对团队成员的指导及培养。工作之余他坚持健身，并激励团队成员也通过健康的方式获得身心健康。
对于此次履新，他表示来到古都西安工作使他感到非常兴奋，十三朝古都西安是西北地区的明珠，近年来的网络热度给这座古城带来了不同的新活力。而位于高新技术开发区中心位置的西安高新希尔顿酒店，更是商旅宾客到访这所城市的佳选。他有信心带领酒店团队成员紧密合作，为造访古都西安的宾客传递希尔顿的热情好客，将酒店打造为西安高端酒店的新标杆。

Originally from Australia, Sandy has served in 12 Hilton brands from United Kingdom, Middle East to Korea over a 35-year hospitality career. He sees his great achievements not just running great hotels but mentoring team members. He keeps his energy level high by being disciplined fitness fan; do not be surprised to see him working out in the gym for lunch…his belief is we need to be healthy in “body and mind” to stay ahead, and encourages his team to live the same values.

4.苏州中惠铂尔曼酒店任命总经理——夏德蒙先生
雅高酒店集团于2018年8月正式任命夏德蒙先生出任苏州中惠铂尔曼酒店总经理。
夏德蒙先生拥有超过15年奢华酒店工作经验，曾任职于世界知名的新加坡莱佛士酒店、柬埔寨金边莱佛士酒店、暹粒莱佛士酒店及越南河内索菲特传奇酒店。在其从业经验中，一直秉承以宾客体验为中心的服务理念，善于创新，致力于提升酒店行业的会务市场及宴会服务。

杨爽女士于1991年开启了酒店职业生涯，拥有着近28年的酒店从业经验。她的工作足迹遍及全国各大城市，并先后于香格里拉、洲际、万豪、悦榕庄等国际酒店集团旗下的顶级酒店品牌担任要职。凭借着在云南十余年的工作经验，杨爽女士深谙本地旅游市场情况，拥有着精深的专业知识和扎实的从业经验。

Maximilian Pleyer is from Austria and has been in the luxury hotel industry over 30 years and held various management positions at Hyatt, Conrad, Mandarin Oriental, Kempinski and Jumeriah. Pleyer has a track record of turning hotels around and bringing energy and professionalism to each property he manages.
