1、北京万豪行政公寓任命总经理——姬楚先生

近日， 万豪国际集团任命姬楚先生（Simon Ji）为北京万豪行政公寓总经理。姬楚先生将负责北京万豪行政公寓的长住客开发和整体运营管理，包括220间客房，一个游泳池&健身房及餐厅怡然居。

姬楚先生，拥有15年的国际酒店从业经验，在运营管理及市场拓展方面拥有着丰富的经验。他曾担任凯悦、雅高、希尔顿及万豪等多个国际酒店品牌旗下的运营管理职位。在加入北京万豪行政公寓之前，出任北京海航万豪酒店的运营总监，在其带领下，营运收入持续增长，取得了出色的成绩。

Recently, Beijing Marriott Executive Apartments is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Ji as the new General Manager as of 3 June 2019. An hotelier with a wealth of experience championing hotel operations, Simon Ji will drive long-stay business performance and operational excellence in the Beijing Marriott Executive Apartments, which including 220 apartments, one swimming pool & gym and the restaurant Resident Lounge.

“Beijing Marriott Executive Apartments located in the center of Wangfujing where the prestigious business, commercial, and entertainment area of Beijing is. I am delighted to have been granted this opportunity and will ensure to provide more guests who presuming high-endlifestyle the trusted stay experience and being their home at Beijing awayhome.” Simon Ji, the General Manager said.

Simon has over 15 years of experience in the international hospitality field, including senior operation management roles with Hyatt Hotels, Accor hotels, Hilton hotels and as well as the Marriott hotels. Most recently, Simon was the Operation Director of Beijing Marriott Northeast Hotel, overseeing the whole hotel’s operation management and having achieved great numbers.

2、沈阳太阳狮万丽酒店任命酒店总经理——袁斌财先生

近日，万豪国际宣布任命袁斌财先生为沈阳太阳狮万丽酒店总经理，负责酒店的全面运营及管理工作。袁斌财先生拥有三十余年的酒店管理经验。履新前曾于北京月亮河假日酒店、哈尔滨万达假日酒店、沈阳中山皇冠假日酒店及沈阳假日酒店群、北京海淀福朋喜来登酒店及北京海淀雅乐轩酒店群、秦皇岛北戴河华贸喜来登酒店等酒店任职总经理。

袁斌财先生很高兴能再次回到沈阳，加入万丽大家庭。他将凭借卓越的领导才能及丰富的管理经验，带领酒店团队一起探索创新，为客人带来真挚热情的服务和独一无二的入住体验。

Recently, Marriott International has officially announce that Mr. Johnny Yuan as General Manager of Renaissance Shenyang West Hotel, who is in charge of daily operation and management of hotel. With over 30 years’ experience, Mr. Yuan had been worked as the General Manager in many international hotel Groups, such as Marriott International, IHG Hotels Group. 

Mr. Yuan is delighted to come back to Renaissance Family. We believe that with his talent leadership and various experience, Renaissance Shenyang West Hotel will explore more ways of creation and establish the exceptional hospitality to the guests.

3、长春富力万达文华酒店任命酒店总经理——亚克索来曼先生

近期，长春富力万达文华酒店荣幸地任命Akmal Soliman（亚克索来曼）先生为酒店总经理，全面统筹长春富力万达文华酒店的运营及筹备工作。作为长春富力万达文华酒店的新总经理，索来曼先生将以无限激情，带领团队让宾客们体验个性化和贴心周到的服务。

Akmal Soliman是一位游历全球的资深酒店业者，拥有逾30年奢华酒店的全方位管理经验。足迹遍及非洲、中东以及亚洲，曾在迪拜、也门、摩洛哥、中国等地的国际奢华五星级酒店担任总经理一职。无论是酒店筹备开业、酒店运营管理，或是重塑酒店定位，均具有精深的专业知识和扎实的经验。Soliman曾在中国黄石、荆州等地筹开万达文华及嘉华品牌。

Soliman先生加入万达酒店及度假村已有五年时间，在加入万达之前，Soliman先生曾在喜来登、索菲特和艾美等国际品牌担任总经理，并担任喜达屋酒店及度假村区域收益总监，负责管理喜达屋酒店及度假村在非洲、印度和中东共52家酒店的收益工作。

当被问及他对长春富力万达文华酒店的计划时，索来曼先生说：“我的计划是实现客人的满意度，让每一位客人都成为我们的忠诚客户。我期待在长春能够引入全新的餐饮概念和服务质量，为宾客们带来耳目一新的餐饮体验。”

索来曼先生来自埃及，但是却非常喜欢在空余时间去阅读中国历史和文化，品尝中国地道的美食和游走于中国的各个城市。

Wanda Hotels & Resorts has officially announced Mr. Akmal Soliman as the General Manager for the leading luxury hotel, Wanda Vista Changchun. In his new role, Soliman will be fully responsible for the overall hotel operation and performance.

Soliman has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry in Africa, the Middle East and Asia. He has been a General Manager in Yemen, Syria, Morocco and China. He did the successful pre-opening of Wanda Realm Jingzhou, and Wanda Realm Huangshi, in Hubei Province and the complex of Wanda Vista & Realm Resort Nanchang, Giangxi Province.

Mr. Soliman has been working for Wanda Hotels & Resorts for Five years, prior to joining Wanda, he has been working for major global brands such as Sheraton, Sofitel and Le Meridien as a General Manager and as the Regional Director of Revenue Management for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, a portfolio of 52 hotels in Africa, India and the Middle East.

Mr. Soliman is a consistent award winning General Manager during his assignments. As the new General Manager of Wanda Vista Changchun, Mr. Soliman will bring his immense passion for hospitality to Changchun. With his great enthusiasm and passion, he is ready to lead his team to the highest level of performance to guarantee guests’ satisfaction.

Asked about his plan for Wanda VistaChangchun, Soliman says: “My plan is to successfully achieve guests ‘satisfaction,drive owner return, introduce a new concept of food and beverage experience andquality of services. Having a luxurious hotel like Wanda Vista in Changchunwill definitely introduce a new level of hospitality to the market”.

Soliman is an Egyptian national who likes to spend his free time reading about the Chinese culture & history, traveling within China and tasting new Chinese dishes.

4、泉州富力万达文华酒店任命酒店总经理——崔莹先生

近日，万达酒店及度假村集团任命崔莹先生为泉州富力万达文华酒店总经理，全面负责酒店管理及运营。加入泉州富力万达文华酒店之前，崔莹先生曾先后在温德姆酒店集团及丽柏乐酒店集团等担任总经理。

崔莹先生从业酒店业30余年，有着极其丰富的星级酒店运营及管理经验并取得骄人的业绩，凭借卓越的运营管理能力，使得崔莹先生对服务有着独到的见解，注重细节，善于站在客人的角度去感同身受。

未来他将将赋予更具特色的酒店服务和物超所值的待客之道，带领团队不断开创进取，继续打造泉州富力万达文华酒店在市场上首屈一指的辉煌业绩。

5、福州泰禾凯宾斯基酒店任命市场销售总监 ——陈道富先生

福州泰禾凯宾斯基酒店近期任命陈道富Martin Chen先生担任市场销售总监一职。

陈道富先生在五星级酒店的销售领域拥有12年的工作经验，先后在厦门、福州、无锡与三亚的洲际、喜来登与温德姆至尊等国际品牌任职，曾参与过两家酒店的开业筹备，包括2012年福州中庚喜来登酒店的开业，以及本次履新前在厦门禹洲温德姆至尊豪廷大酒店担任市场销售副总监，同样作为开业先锋，带领其业务发展部门完成酒店营销计划。

陈道富先生是福建人，了解本地市场，并接受过各品牌专业的销售项目培训，掌握稳固的销售技能，擅长沟通与协作。他再次来到榕城福州接受新的使命，将带领福州泰禾凯宾斯基酒店的销售精英们继往开来再续辉煌。

6、天津富力万达文华酒店任命市场销售总监——徐苏童先生

近日，天津富力万达文华酒店宣布任命徐苏童先生担任市场销售总监一职，全面负责酒店的营销战略、销售运营、收益管理及市场传讯。

徐苏童先生出生于天津，怀揣着对酒店行业的激情与热爱，于2004年开启酒店职业生涯，有着15年丰富的国际品牌酒店管理经验，先后在洲际酒店集团, 温德姆酒店集团及万达酒店及度假村中担任管理职务，并取得了骄人的佳绩。他于2012年加入万达酒店及度假村，之后便开启长达7年的万达职业之旅。在此期间成功参与淮安万达嘉华酒店与天津富力万达文华酒店的筹开工作。他深谙市场营销之道，对酒店运营和市场战略有着成熟而独到的见解，具有追求经营业绩和提升团队素质的优秀特质。此任命前，担任天津富力万达文华酒店市场销售副总监一职。

徐苏童先生将凭借其丰富的销售经验及领导才能，继续带领整个团队在蓬勃发展的津城传递万达待客之道，并创造更加卓越的销售业绩，树立新的标杆。

Recently, Wanda Vista Tianjin is pleased to announce the appointment of Leslie Xu as Director of Sales & Marketing. He will be fully responsible for the management of Sales & Marketing, including marketing strategy, sales operation, revenue management and marketing communications.  

Born in Tianjin, Leslie started his career in 2004 with passion for the hotel industry. He has rich experience in international brand hotel management, and has successively held management positions in IHG, Wyndham and Wanda Hotels & Resorts.  He joined Wanda Hotels and Resorts since 2012 which served for 7 years, participated the pre-opening of Wanda Realm Huai’an and Wanda Vista Tianjin. He is well versed in marketing, and he has mature and unique understanding of hotel operation and marketing strategy. Leslie has excellent characteristics of pursuing business performance and improving team quality. Prior to this role, he was the Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing in Wanda Vista Tianjin. 

With his strong sales skills and excellent leadership, Leslie will continue lead the team to unveil the Wanda hospitality in Tianjin and maximize the commercial performance in this property.

7、广州翡翠希尔顿酒店任命人力资源总监——肖文锋先生

近日，肖文锋先生被任命为广州翡翠希尔顿酒店人力资源总监，全面负责酒店人力资源部的日常工作。该酒店在2019年1月16日盛大开业，该任命于2019年5月7日正式生效。

肖文锋先生拥有超过10年的酒店工作经验，他曾相继在文华东方集团、温德姆集团旗下酒店任职。在加入本酒店之前，肖文锋先生在中山利和希尔顿酒店担任人力资源总监一职。此次肖文锋先生加入广州翡翠希尔顿酒店大家庭，将为酒店注入新的活力，相信肖文锋先生通过其丰富的人力资源知识及经验，将带领HR团队创造更好的佳绩,并不断带领全体员工蓬勃发展！

Hilton Guangzhou Science City recently announced the appointment of Winfynn Xiao as Director of Human Resources to be fully in charge of Human Resources Department which effects from 7 May 2019. The hotel is newly opened on 16 Jan 2019.

Winfynn has over 10 years’ experience in hospitality industry, he used to serve as different roles in Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Wyndham Hotel Group. Before joining this Hotel, he was the Director of Human Resources of Hilton Zhongshan Downtown. After joining Hilton Guangzhou Science City, we believe that Winfynn will lead the HR team and all team members to Thrive to next level of excellence with his solid Human Resources knowledge and rich experience!

8、天津富力万达文华酒店任命名仕会运营总监——甄明先生

近日，天津富力万达文华酒店任命甄明先生为名仕会运营总监。他将全面负责名仕会运营和管理工作。

甄明先生拥有10余年餐厅及高端会所的运营及管理经验，曾就职于洲际酒店管理集团、万豪酒店管理集团、万达酒店及度假村等国际连锁酒店，从餐饮销售经理到名仕会运营总监，他具备熟练而坚实的业务基础，并参与了多家酒店的筹建开业工作。履新前，甄明先生在南宁富力万达文华酒店担任名仕会运营总监一职。如今，他将以高效的管理作风及积极地工作热情带领天津富力万达文华酒店名仕会团队创造更加辉煌的成就。

Wanda Vista Tianjin is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. William Zhen as Director of Operations of Club Reign. He will be fully in charge of Club Reign operations and management. 

William Zhen has over 10 years restaurants and high-end club operation and management experience. He has been worked at IHG, Marriott and Wanda Hotels Group, etc with hotel pre-opening experience. Prior to this new role, William Zhen was the Director of Operations of Club Reign at Wanda Vista Nanning. By his strong business operation senses and knowledge, William will lead our Club Reign operation team towards higher successful level. 

9、深圳凯宾斯基酒店任命酒店餐饮总监——徐刚先生

徐钢先生于1989年以高级厨师的身份开启了他在酒店业的职业生涯。以他在餐饮方面丰富的经验及知识不断晋升，在多个国际知名品牌，如喜来登，皇冠假日，香格里拉，艾美等担任了近10年的行政主厨。

在加入广东鹤山方园福朋喜来登酒店的开业团队之前，徐钢先生已于2018年在成都保利公园皇冠假日酒店任职餐饮总监。经过多年的历练，徐钢先生成功证明了自己在酒店餐饮领域的专业技能和卓越的管理技巧。徐钢先生有25年的餐饮运营经验，他已做好了充分的准备，迎接全新挑战。他将带领深圳凯宾斯基酒店的餐饮团队，群策群力，共创辉煌。徐刚先生来自西安，除了普通话以外，还精通粤语及英语。

David started his career the hospitality industry in 1989 as a Commis. He rose through the ranks with his extensive experience and knowledge in the culinary field, holding the position as Executive Chef for ten years with various international brands such as Sheraton, Crowne Plaza, Shangri-la and Le Meridien. 

In 2018 David was finally promoted to Director of F&B at Crowne Plaza Chengdu Panda Garden prior to be part of the opening team of Four Points by Sheraton Hotel Heshan, Guangdong Province. Having proven himself successful in his previous roles and with a background of 25 years in Food and Beverage operation, he is ready to take on his next challenge to lead our Food & Beverage Team. David, a Chinese National from Xi’an, speaks fluently Cantonese and English in addition to his mother tongue Mandarin.
