何涛华，男，地球科学与技术学院2017级博士研究生。师从卢双舫教授，博士在读专业为地质资源与地质工程（石油地质方向）。
2016.06获优秀研究生干部荣誉称号；2016.11获优秀青年论文奖；2017.04获一等学业奖学金；2019.01获科学技术进步奖二等奖；2019.07获Distinction Paper Award；2019.08赴西班牙巴塞罗纳参加Goldschmidt Conference 2019 会议。

学无止境，研无边涯，学习与科研应当成为一种习惯。要想养成这一习惯，以下四点经验可供参考：
第一，注重劳逸结合。健康是一切的前提，每周都给自己适当安排锻炼的时间，打球、跑步或者去健身房等，时刻保持身心健康；
第二，把握闲暇时间。人与人的差异并不在于正常工作、学习时间干了什么，而是闲暇时间是否被用来进一步提升自己；
第三，主动请教交流。遇到困难十有八九，打退堂鼓只会前功尽弃，而主动与导师、同门、同学及文献请教/交流就会事半功倍，也许几句话就会令人茅塞顿开；
第四，勤于思考总结。将每一次小进步都及时记下来，将每一次小失败都进行分析总结，这些终将成为学习进步、科研创新的源泉，撰写成果时也会文思泉涌，最终荣获国奖也将水到渠成。
