何涛华,男,地球科学与技术学院2017级博士研究生。师从卢双舫教授,博士在读专业为地质资源与地质工程(石油地质方向)。

2016.06获优秀研究生干部荣誉称号;2016.11获优秀青年论文奖;2017.04获一等学业奖学金;2019.01获科学技术进步奖二等奖;2019.07获Distinction Paper Award;2019.08赴西班牙巴塞罗纳参加Goldschmidt Conference 2019 会议。

经验分享

学无止境,研无边涯,学习与科研应当成为一种习惯。要想养成这一习惯,以下四点经验可供参考:

第一,注重劳逸结合。健康是一切的前提,每周都给自己适当安排锻炼的时间,打球、跑步或者去健身房等,时刻保持身心健康;

第二,把握闲暇时间。人与人的差异并不在于正常工作、学习时间干了什么,而是闲暇时间是否被用来进一步提升自己;

第三,主动请教交流。遇到困难十有八九,打退堂鼓只会前功尽弃,而主动与导师、同门、同学及文献请教/交流就会事半功倍,也许几句话就会令人茅塞顿开;

第四,勤于思考总结。将每一次小进步都及时记下来,将每一次小失败都进行分析总结,这些终将成为学习进步、科研创新的源泉,撰写成果时也会文思泉涌,最终荣获国奖也将水到渠成。
