Just like recharging our phone daily, we need to recharge our awareness

就像我们的手机需要每天充电,以保证使用,正念同样需要不断的补充能量


SUT: We are facing defilements all the time - sometimes defilements win and sometimes awareness wins. Awareness slowly gets weaker and weaker; we need to build up the quality of the mind. 

德师:我们无时无刻都在面对烦恼。时而烦恼占上风,时而正念占主导。周而复始,觉知力往往会逐渐减弱。因此禅修者需要在日常生活不断的培养心中善的品质。


Sometimes we’re alone and have time, maybe 2, 3, or 5 minutes, during those times we need to collect our mind - calm down and collect our awareness, to recharge our energy.

平时在独处时,可能有2分钟,3分钟或者5分钟的空闲时间。这时,如果条件允许,禅修者可以放下手边的事儿,静下来,练习觉知。就像手机充电一样,补充正念的力量。




It is very important to recharge the mind battery. Just like we recharge our phone battery or refill our money, then why are we not recharging our awareness?

给我们的正念充电非常重要。就像我们必须时常为手机充电,给手机卡充值,方能保持通讯畅通。维持正念的运行,同样需要如此源源不断的供给。



If you know that it is very important, we must think about recharging our awareness, how to refill it because we have to use and apply it all the time. 

当禅修者认识到这一点的重要性时,他就会想尽一切办法去补充正念的力量。如此,正念才会长久的与我们相伴,为我们所用。





德加尼亚禅师简介


Sayadaw U Tejaniya began his Buddhist training as a young teenager in Burma under the late Shwe Oo Min Sayadaw (1913–2002). After a career in business and life as a householder, he has become a permanent monk since 1996. He teaches meditation at Shwe Oo Min Dhamma Sukha Forest Meditation Center in Yangon, Myanmar.


德加尼亚禅师从少年时期就跟随雪吴敏长老修习,在一段从商经验后,于1996年出家。目前,他在缅甸雪吴敏禅修中心教导禅修。
