Almost finished! The 60-meter-high vertical campus eclipse is already making a landmark in Dusseldorf. Together with the L’Oréal headquarters on the opposite side of the Kennedydamm, the 16-storey Eclipse office tower will form the northern gateway to Dusseldorf’s city centre. This project will be completed by the end of the year and then handed over to the main tenant PWC.

The project is characterized by a particularly sustainable building concept. In the almost completed Eclipse, sensor technology takes over a multitude of functions: daylight, artificial light and room ventilation are all presence-controlled. This increases comfort and at the same time reduces energy consumption, as the equipment is not in operation when the employees have gone home.
A photovoltaic system on the roof supplies the common areas of the office tower with green electricity. 46 e-charging columns area available in the underground car park with a greened bicycle garage (also with charging stations) and greened roof terraces.

The heart of the building is the six multi-story atriums: They are spaces of encounter, communication and exchange. Sensor-controlled workplace lighting combined with a room booking system is just one of many amenities: diverse, spatial and content-related offerings as well as a high degree of flexibility in the equipment enable an agile and healthy working environment.
