"Little Chef" Mooncake Cooking Class at EAST Beijing Hotel
Every Saturday, EAST Beijing Hotel hosts a fun children’s cooking class, and this month it’s all about mooncakes! Love them or hate them (let’s be real, there are some weird flavors out there), there is no escaping these dense, calorific treats, and learning how to make them is a great way to engage more deeply with the traditions and fun of the season. Pro-tip, because they keep for ages, they make great on-the-go snacks for long family outings.
