The CHEERS Summer Fest is less than a week away and we’ve already explored the top-quality wines that will be on offer, but no wine fest would be complete without some delicious food to pair with them. So, let’s take a look at all of the food you can enjoy at the festival next weekend (Sep 9-10)!

There'll be plenty of games and activities for the whole family.

Click here to check them out!

Slider Nation

Slider Nation will be serving up their famous The OG Sliders (available as spicy or regular), made from 50g of Wagyu beef smashed with thinly sliced Vidalia onions then topped with American cheese, crisp pickles and their signature sauce, aka “crack sauce,” all sandwiched between their steamed Hawaiian-style buns. Alongside burgers, they’ll also have their famed frozen alcohol slushies and other signature cocktails.

Berlin Bites

Opening up earlier this year, Berlin Bites specializes in real German street food with a fun and modern approach. At the CHEERS Summer Fest they’ll be offering up classics like döner, currywurst and other German delicacies.

Slowboat

Slowboat is the exclusive craft beer vendor at CHEERS Summer Fest so if you’re looking for a little break from all the amazing wine you’ll be tasting you can head over to their booth for a pint of one of their signature brews.

Along with beer, they’ll have four of their top-quality burgers (Lao Thai Thai, The Fryburger, The Classic and Smash Burger) as well as snacks such as Seasoned Fries and Mt. Chicken.

Brotzeit

German restaurant Brotzeit will be bringing some of their signature Bavarian delights to the fest, like their succulent Crackling Pork Knuckle, Angus Beef Pretzel Sandwich, juicy Thuringer Hot Dog, Spinach and Salmon Lothringen Quiche, and finally, the Crispy Fried Champignons served with fries and tangy tartar sauce.

Poupée Bistro & Café

It’s undeniable that French cuisine is an ideal match for wine, and Poupée Bistro & Café will be offering some of their best French and Parisian-inspired dishes. They’ll have French specialties like mussels and a range of both savory and sweet crêpes. They will also provide a selection of French ciders if you want to indulge in a drink other than wine.

CHEERS Cheese & Ham

What goes better with wine than cheese and ham? They’re a match made in heaven! For the CHEERS Summer Fest, CHEERS has carefully crafted a platter that showcases a selection of delectable cheeses and fine cured hams that promise a delightful medley of flavors. As you explore the diverse wines presented by renowned wineries, their platter complements the experience, enhancing the subtleties of each wine and adding a touch of culinary sophistication to your festival adventure.

BoomPops

For those looking for a sweet treat to cool down, BoomPops will be serving up their fruit popsicles. BoomPops’ popsicles are made with all-natural ingredients, using imported fresh fruit puree and natural plant seasonings. They’ve also partnered with Pick Up Steak, which, as you might guess from the name, specializes in steak. They use carefully selected Argentine beef seasoned with olive oil, black pepper, garlic, parsley, and Himalayan salt.

Huzi

Huzi will be offering up a range of meaty dishes to the fest that pair perfectly with a nice glass of red wine. They will have their 7oz Grain-Fed Ribeye Steak, which has been marinated in fresh herbs, pepper and other spices; the Black Pepper Beef Ribs; Smoked Pork Ribs; Nuremberg Sausage with sauerkraut; and finally, Mini Wagyu Cheeseburgers.

YouPen

For taco fans, YouPen will be serving Beef and Chicken Birria Tacos at the CHEERS Summer Fest. Their beef or chicken is marinated for four hours in a blend of herbs and spices including five different kinds of Mexican pepper. It’s then folded inside one of their tortillas, dipped in birria broth and then grilled until crispy.

Mo's Burger Creative Studio

Mo’s Burger Creative Studio will be bringing American food truck vibes to the fest with their take on American street food. They use high-quality ingredients, unique sauces and special cooking methods to create some truly delicious dishes.

XiaoAn / Appenzeller

XiaoAn from The Roots and Appenzeller Bier have partnered up for the festival to create a menu of mouthwatering dishes rooted in the French/Swiss mountains. They’ll have classics like Grilled Handmade Sausages, perfectly crispy Rösti Potato Cakes, and velvety Cheese Fondue paired with artisanal bread. These delectable creations, resized for sharing, are an ideal treat to savor with friends.
