On Wednesday, the seaside city of Qingdao was hit by a severe storm, causing trees to be knocked down, water to flood the streets, and sea creatures to rain from the sky.

An incredible image has gone viral on Chinese social media showing an octopus that had come down on a car’s windshield after being swept up and away by heavy winds.

Other photos from the storm show starfish and shrimp that had also somehow found themselves deposited on windshields.

Meanwhile, it appears that with the way things are going, sea creatures will soon take control of the flooded city and reign supreme once more.
