The role


You will be assisting lawyers in providing a full range of services across a number of areas,
including:
- Litigation
- Commercial (general advisory)
- Family Law

Successful candidates may have greater exposure to litigious matters in superior courts and gain
cross-border legal service experiences.


Duties will include but not limited to:


- Assisting lawyers to prepare originating processes and other court documents;
- Assisting the legal research;
- Provide administrative and clerical support to lawyers associated with file management and case
preparation;
- Drafting correspondence to clients and other parties;
- Providing support to lawyers as required, and ensure that all work is reviewed by the lawyers;

The Accounting Student Job Ready Program consists of practical skills training and internship  

Training: The practical training provides the skill set for various entry-level accounting roles. It prepares trainees with the knowledge in the following three areas:

1 System: Candidates will be familiar with the most popular accounting software packages, such as, MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero and SAP. Also, Keystone provides a whole range of Microsoft Excel training and the candidate will be given extensive Excel training based on their current Excel skillset.  

2 Procedure: Candidates will be trained with the standard procedures in different accounting areas, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll. All our trainers are currently working in each relevant area and this will ensure the course gives the most current knowledge and information.

3 Interview skills: We understand that the interview process is the biggest barrier for the non-English back- ground students to find their first job in Australia. That is why Keystone hires local accounting recruitment agents to do the interview coaching. During the course, candidates will be asked real questions by the real interviewer in the real world and more importantly, they will be trained to prepare themselves for those questions.
