1. The appointee will provide secretarial and administrative support to GAO, including the establishment of electronic archive, organisation of University-wide events and Christmas Dinner, and secretarial and administrative support to meetings of various committees and task forces. 

2. He/She will have to liaise with different government offices and administrative units, stakeholders, coordinate events, and perform general administrative duties.

1. A Bachelor's degree with at least two years of relevant work experience.

2. An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, and Putonghua.

3. Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills with attentiveness to details.

The successful candidate will be responsible to drive the business of particular beverage category / brands by coordinating the new product launch plan; organizing, implementing and monitoring promotional & merchandising programs at consumer, customer and market segment levels based on the established objectives, budget and schedule.

* 职位要求

1. Degree or above in Business/Marketing discipline or equivalent.

2. 1-2 years working experience, preferably in sizable MNC or FMCG companies.

3. Previous roles in dealing with suppliers and understanding FMCG key account operation is an advantage.

4. Previous experience in new product & package launch coordination, premium sourcing, BTL POP development is preferred.

5. Creative and self-motivated team player.

* 职位描述 

1. Develop and execute Aveda’s China social activation, including agency management, social content strategy and development, O2O campaign ideation and execution, influencer relationship management, etc.

2. Lead and manage the Aveda Hong Kong website in English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese and the digital outreach.

3. Provide social digital support for the brand including Social listening report creation, consumer insight gathering and competitor analysis.

4. Support/ assist in the implementation and following up of marketing programs as developed by Global and adapted by Regional within each market.

5. Gather market data across different sources (share report, competitive analysis, CRM, BI) in regards to product relevance, market opportunities. Consolidate specific reports: Monthly reports, new launch recap etc as needed.

6. Manage the brands’ assets library.

7. Admin work to organize regional brand filing and office storage.

8. Assist in organization of brand regional meetings/presentations.

9. Organize team’s travel:  make necessary bookings, complete T & E expenses.

10. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned support (pricing, competitive deck, CRM, report creation).
