Fimmick Digital Trainee Programme is an intensive traineeship programme for future digital marketing leaders. Our programme is designed to stretch and challenge you, and to equip you with the skills and experience needed to progress your career.

When you join us as a trainee, you will get extensive hands-on training, support from mentors and peers, and ample learning opportunities needed to succeed as a digital marketing professional. In return, you will be given real responsibilities and be expected to deliver positive results. Upon programme completion, you are fast-tracked to advance into a more senior role.

We welcome applicants from all academic or professional backgrounds. Come join us and become a professional digital marketer!

Fimmick Digital Trainee Programme is specially designed for talented individuals with 1-3 years of full-time working experience. If you are a marketer who wants a more challenging but rewarding career, or if you are working in a different industry and want to launch a promising career in marketing, this programme is right for you. Unlike our Graduate Trainee Programme, in which trainees rotate between roles to explore potential career paths, our Digital Trainee Programme is for people who are committed to developing their career in digital marketing. You will get a more concentrated training and gain valuable real-world experience quicker in this programme.

Job Duties

- Experience both client-facing & digital performance tasks

- Formulate the best digital marketing strategies and actionable plan for achieving client’s business objectives and goals

- Act as middleman to coordinate with internal teams to implement the best class of digital campaigns

- Optimise advertising campaigns with strategic digital marketing mindset

- Conduct research, manage ongoing campaign analysis and prepare performance reports

职位要求：

- Tertiary education in any disciplines

- 1-3 years FULL-TIME working experience

- Proficient in using digital platforms (e.g. Google Workspace) and Chinese word processing

- Passionate, detail-minded, proactive, self & team motivated, willing to take responsibility

- Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
