Data Analyst (Data Quality Management)

职位描述：

Overview

You will be responsible for supporting various Indirect Procurement objectives in order to realize maximum benefit to the business in the categories of Media, Influencers, Creative & production, Market Research, Marketing Technology, and eCommerce. The Intern will work with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams across Brands and/or Regions on spend management initiatives. The Intern will support category-specific strategy development, manage data in SAP and other business function tools and support building IP specific tools.

What You Will Achieve

You will be a highly motivated professional and team player, who possesses exceptional analytical capabilities, is a self-starter, a team player, and learns quickly.

- Influencer tool – Able to lead the project from understanding the tool, extract, compile and analyse the data and translate into usable format in the tool and populate to affiliates/stakeholders

- Agency roster - Assist category lead (Creative & Production) from data analysis, supplier evaluation and conduct RPF to develop rate card

- RFX – Assist category lead (Martech) to identify opportunities and criteria and set up RFX process & create template and populate to affiliates

- Help co-ordinate with affiliates on quarterly regional savings based on regional pipeline initiatives.

- Calculates, analyses and records savings for their assigned categories

- Working with affiliates and respective media agencies to ensure media tool spend data to achieve over 80% coverage of finance data

职位要求：

What You Will Need

- Penultimate or Final Year of University degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or related subjects

- Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills

- Good analytical skills, attention to details and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP Suite Applications

- Understanding of professional procurement process
