2022 Banking Graduate Trainee Programme

职位描述：
The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and the banking industry jointly launched the Banking Graduate Trainee Programme (the Programme) to nurture young talents for the industry, and provide participants with an opportunity to better prepare for future careers in the banking sector. The Programme targets fresh graduates from local universities and those outside HK who will be offered permanent work opportunities and industrial-specific training.
Chong Hing Bank is one of the participating banks of the Programme. We are looking for young talents to join our Bank for specific functions as Banking Associate. We offer series of training and other learning exposures to facilitate high-caliber individuals to pursue their professional career development.
Programme Period:
1 September 2022 to 31 August 2023. Trainees will be offered a permanent position to assigned Division upon satisfactory completion of 12-month programme.
Requirements:
- Eligibility: The Programme will be open for application from Hong Kong residents graduating with a bachelor’s degree or above from local universities and those outside Hong Kong in 2021 or 2022.
- Passionate and committed, proactive learning agility
- Sound analytics skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of serving as a role model for displaying openness, teamwork and integrity
- Good PC skills including MS applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Write to join our team of the following functions:
Financial Institutions (Job Reference: BGTP – GBA)
Provide marketing support to Relationship Managers and assist in cultivating long-term relationship with customers and explore new business opportunities in Greater Bay Area.
Process account opening documents in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
Assist Relationship Managers to prepare marketing materials for new clients and prospective clients
Assist in conducting credit review for assessing and monitoring customers’ credit worthiness
Participate and support various system enhancement and ad hoc projects as assigned
Personal Banking (Job Reference: BGTP – PBNK)
Build long-term relationship with customers and explore new business opportunities in Greater Bay Area
Support team head to build and maintain customer acquisition channels, especially on mainland High Net-worth Individual
Process account opening documents in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
Prepare marketing materials for new clients and prospective clients
Participate and support various system enhancement and ad hoc projects as assigned
IT / Digital Services (Job Reference: BGTP – Fintech)
Support the team on IT solutions, IT security, technology risk & control management and digital services
Participate in enhancement and development projects of application systems
Conduct research and data analysis, design, develop and implement initiatives on the Bank's digital channels e.g. Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and other traditional channels
Participate and support ad hoc projects as assigned
Major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
