西九文化区管理局是香港特别行政区政府,于2008年根据《西九文化区管理局条例》(第601章),所成立的法定机构,负责发展西九文化区。
根据《西九文化区管理局条例》、西九文化区管理局董事局的管理,并由来自不同界别的专家组成的行政委员会指挥,我们的愿景,是为香港城市建设一个充满活力的文化区,致力凝聚本地与国际的艺术家和观众,为他们带来享受艺术的机会,并从中得到启发。
我们的目标是为年青、新晋和知名的艺术家,创造一个试验和创作的平台;一个汇聚不同背景人才,共同探索、参与和互相启发的地方;以及一个展示世界级展览、表演和各种文化活动的中心。
为促进西九文化区发展,董事局就不同范畴成立多个专责委员会,并成立咨询会,收集公众对于管理局职能相关的意见。
Communications and Public Affairs Officer (Contact Centre)

职位描述:
In support of the Government’s Job Creation Scheme under the Anti-epidemic Fund, we are now inviting applications for the following position under a one-year fixed-term contract:
You will be responsible for:
- writing and editing materials related to the customer oriented services, including handle public enquiries and complaints;
- working collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders to daily communication of the District-wide Contact Centre operation;
- liaising and coordinating with different teams to ensure all the materials are produced in high quality;
- focusing on the writing materials to ensure they are in compliance with the Authority’s policies and guidelines;
- upholding the quality, accuracy and consistency of the District-wide Contact Centre related administrative works through different systems and prepare relevant reports and records;
- providing support to the daily operation of the District-wide Contact Centre; and
- executing and supporting ad-hoc public engagement projects when required.
职位要求:
- possess a recognised university degree or higher diploma in Translation, Language Studies, Business Administration, Hospitality or equivalent;
- have preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience in writing, editing or customer oriented jobs;
- be a good team player with strong sense of responsibility and problem solving skills, self-initiative, service oriented;
- be meticulous and able to work independently and cooperatively with external and internal stakeholders from different background in a fast-paced environment;
- demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills;
- have good computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing, knowledge in CRM systems will be an advantage; and
- have excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
