[PRIMARY NEWS] Voguecabulary Fashion Show

In celebration of reading and literacy, YCIS Beijing held a “Voguecabulary” Fashion Show and welcomed Vogue China’s Editor-in-Chief Angelica Cheung to speak on the importance of words. 

Inspired by the popular children’s book Miss Alaineus, Vocabulary Parades are a popular learning tool employed by schools across the US to help students discover the fun and entertainment that can come from learning new words.

为提高学生阅读、文学及词汇的水平，最近，北京耀中国际学校小学部举办了一个词汇游行活动，并邀请了《Vogue》的中国主编Angelica Cheung在活动上和大家分享词汇的重要性。

词汇游行是受儿童畅销书本《Miss Alaineus》的启发，是美国学校广泛才采用的学习工具，致力帮助学生发现学习新词汇的乐趣。
