Touch Down in Beijing
“We came to Beijing for excitement,” Matt explained. “My girlfriend and I were pretty well set up in Perth. We both had good jobs, a house and a car, but more and more we began to think ‘Is this it?’”.
Still young and wanting to explore more of the world, Matt and his girlfriend decided to pack up and move to Beijing – a city that itself has 4 times the population of Matt’s home country of Scotland.
“It’s very different than back home,” he continued. “There’s always something to do here. No matter what you want to do, you can find it in Beijing. We didn’t have that back home.”
