Raising Global Citizens with Character 培养具有品格的全球公民

This year at YCIS Beijing, our Year 12 girls planned and implemented a peer mentoring programme as part of their CAS project. 

今年在北京耀中，我们的12年级女生们策划并开展了一个同龄人辅导计划，作为她们CAS项目的一部分。

This peer mentoring programme focuses on girls in Years 6-10 who could benefit from a little extra social support.

这个项目的重点帮扶对象是6-10年级的女孩。项目目的是为她们提供一些额外的社会支持。

Teachers nominated young ladies that they identified as in need of: a buddy, encouragement, or a positive role model. 

老师们为需要支持的女生们推荐了小导师做她们的朋友，为她们提供鼓励并做积极的榜样。

The programme launched with five pairs of mentors and mentees and we hope to continue and grow the programme next term. 

该项目由五对小导师和小学员发起，我们希望下个学期这个活动还能继续。
