已经深入每一个人的DNA

这些中山非遗传统美味

你都吃过哪些呢?



Zhongshan is a true food paradise with a wide range of delicacies to choose from. But what makes its dining scene truly unique is undoubtedly all the local dishes. This article spotlights some of its most famous local treats that have been recognized as intangible cultural heritage items.


Sanxiang Tea Fruit三乡茶果

每逢重要的岁时节令

三乡人都会制作茶果供奉拜祭祖先 然后食用

有豆捞是三乡茶果中的一种

在粤语中即“有得捞”

寓意一年里有好收成



它的制作方法很简单

用糯米粉做成汤圆 煮熟沥干

冷却后在砂糖、芝麻、花生碎中一滚

就可“捞起”





Sanxiang Tea Fruit



During important festivals and seasonal transitions, Sanxiang people traditionally make and eat tea fruit to pay respect to their ancestors. "Youdoulao" is one such Sanxiang tea fruit. Spoken in Cantonese, the name has a similar pronunciation to the expression that means reaping some profits, thus signifying a good harvest in a year.


Making tea fruits is very simple. Essentially, they are made by mixing glutinous rice balls that have been boiled and dried with a blend of sugar, sesame seeds, and crushed peanuts.

苋菜头冬瓜猪杂粥等

Longdu cuisine


Longdu is the old collective name of Shaxi and Dachong towns in Zhongshan. The famous traditional seasonal food in Longdu includes rice cakes, san ren bao, and glutinous rice dumplings wrapped in pandanas leaves. San ren bao is a snack made of san ren, the common term used by Zhongshan people for sour carambola, shredded papaya, and ginger. It is mixed with seasonings like cloves, cinnamon, and licorice powder. It is often marketed in large quantities during the harvest of papaya and sour carambola.


The congee and wontons in Longdu are also very well renowned. The shredded banana-leaf chicken congee, the silkworm chrysalis and clams congee, as well as the amaranth roots, wax gourds, and pig offal congee are all perfect healthy comfort foods with amazing taste.

Huangpu traditional food
One of Huangpu's most famous local specialties is Huangpu preserved meat. It accounts for roughly 60 percent of the domestic Cantonese-style preserved meat market.


Pat chun sweet vinegar is also deeply loved by locals. New mothers in Huangpu who have just given birth are often treated with pig's trotter soup stewed with gingers. The special vinegar, which tastes sweeter and less sour, is indispensable to the recipe.


People also like Huangpu's traditional cakes, especially crispy chicken biscuits and white sugar soft cakes, the flavors of which are reminiscent of their past or childhood.
