项目背景
Background
项目位于海口市秀英区的长流起步区，区位优势明显。长流起步区是以行政办公、商业商务、休闲娱乐、文化会展为主的综合型片区，是海口未来的城市中心。
The project is located in the Changliu Start-up Area in Xiuying District of Haikou City, with obvious location advantages.
建筑解读：
场地内包含酒店、商业和办公，其中商业建筑呈现柔和的形态和自然的质感，办公建筑干净简洁的直线线条，在立面增加了波浪线条感的细节设计。整体建筑以现代风格为主调。景观元素采用柔和的线条和温暖的色调与建筑元素呼应。
The site contains a hotel, commercial, and office. The overall architecture is dominated by modern style. The use of soft lines and warm tones in landscape elements echos the architectural elements.

旖旎漂流 - 商业主入口展示区 SPARKLE CRYSTAL
旖旎漂流商业主入口展示区由入口logo景墙、主题雕塑、旱喷广场、艺术铺装所构成。侧重主题的营造与人流动线的的引导性，并加强了长滨二路的慢行友好性。
The main entrance plaza of the charming drifting business focuses on the creation of the theme and the guiding of the pedestrian flow and strengthens the slow-moving function of Changbin 2nd Road.

幻光丛林 - 商业次入口展示区 SPARKLE JUNGLE
幻光丛林商业次入口展示区的广场铺装与主入口的自由流线形铺装相呼应，“雨林蕈子”生长其中，为日夜场景带来不同的视觉体验，形成生命力与艺术性兼具的场所特性。
The plaza pavement of the commercial secondary entrance echoes the free-flowing pavement of the main entrance. The "mushroom lamp" grows in it, forming a place characterized by both vitality and artistry.

微波泛舟-南侧绿色休闲广场区 MICROWAVE BOATING
微波泛舟南侧绿色休闲广场增加商业和办公的整体感。在城市界面一侧藉由灯具和水景营造出序列感，并通过"绿岛"植入加强整体休闲氛围，形成精致又不失亲和感的调性。
A sense of sequence is created through lighting and water features. Moreover, the overall relaxing atmosphere is enhanced by the implantation of "green islands", creating a sophisticated yet intimate atmosphere.
海岛奇遇 - 特色网红下沉广场 ISLAND ENCOUNTER
海岛奇遇以巨型彩色透光顶棚和特色台阶为设计亮点，我们目标打造一处可承载多样化城市艺文活动功能的现代城市生活橱窗。下沉式的广场与周边联桥、退台、看台阶梯所构成的丰富空间形式，强化了此区域的向心性与凝聚力。与铺装设计相呼应的"树岛"，如同漂浮于海面上一座座富有生机的岛屿，为整个空间增添生命力。
With a giant colorful light-transmitting roof and characteristic steps as design points, Island Encounter aims to create a modern window of urban life that can carry a variety of urban arts and cultural activities.
浪潮台地 - 昭示性绿化带城市界面 WAVE TERRACE
浪潮台地将长达500米的城市界面作为以绿化、山石景观雕塑 、林下慢步道所构成的昭示性绿化空间。具有穿透性的植栽结合带有海洋意象的起伏景墙，使得内外具有一定的通透性与层次变化，营造出热带岛屿休闲风情。
The Wave Terrace is created by a combination of penetrating plantings and undulating landscape walls with oceanic imagery, providing a certain degree of permeability and layered changes inside and outside, creating a tropical island relaxation.
绿谷港湾 - 静谧办公区 GREEN VALLEY HARBOR
独立于北侧商业空间，绿谷港湾目标营造出静谧、清幽的商务办公空间，藉由入口景墙、绿化、水景雕塑形塑出一个相对私密的空间，形成办公区高品质、简洁、沉稳的调性。
Green Valley Harbor is a relatively private space shaped by the entrance feature wall, greenery, and water sculpture, forming a high-quality, simple and calm tone of the office area.
奇幻雨林 - 酒店入口区 FANTASY RAINFOREST
酒店入口空间同样藉由景墙、绿化和水景雕塑将外部的喧嚣与忙碌隔绝在外，如同雨林般，让人无法一眼望尽，内部形成小巧而精致的私密空间，营造出静谧的场所氛围，呈现出简洁、内敛的调性。
The entrance space of the hotel is also separated from the hustle and bustle of the outside by the feature wall, greenery and water sculpture, while the interior forms a small and delicate private space, creating a quiet atmosphere.
天光云影 - 市民休闲广场 SKY LIGHT CLOUD SHADOW
市民休闲广场由多功能活动广场、林下休憩坐阶、艺术化铺装和健身休憩区所构成，藉由延续商业主入口的铺装设计与条状灯带引入人流。铺装流线由自由奔放过渡到平缓流畅，对应由昭示性商业空间转化至开放、包容的弹性活动场域。
The civic plaza consists of a multi-functional activity plaza, a wooded seating area, artistic paving, and a fitness and leisure area.
极地冒险 - 儿童主题IP屋顶花园 POLAR ADVENTURE
我们将位于三期商业的顶楼空间打造成一座专属亲子的游乐天地，以一条特色跑道串联两栋商业建筑，通过明亮的空间色调与流线性的铺装形态展现商业的儿童娱乐氛围、满足周边居民的亲子游乐需求。以极地冒险为主题，邀请儿童一起进入奇幻畅想的异世界，与北极熊特色IP在共融乐园里共度美好时光。
The top floor of the shopping mall is designed to be an exclusive playground for parents and children. The bright color of the space and the streamlined pavement form show the children's entertainment atmosphere of the business and meet the parent-child play needs of the surrounding residents.

方塘谧境 - 四期泳池屋顶休闲花园 SILENT POOL
方塘谧境是位于四期酒店顶楼的休闲花园空间，相对于其他以共享、开放为导向的空间，方塘谧境所营造的是一种独享世外桃源的空间体验和悠然惬意的场所氛围。在局限的环形空间内，我们通过植栽围塑出一处小尺度的绿色休闲活动区与露天泳池，并侧重于植栽层次变化与质感的转换，形成简洁、静谧的调性。
The leisure garden located on the top floor of the hotel aims to create a spatial experience and a relaxing atmosphere of a paradise. We created a small-scale green leisure activity area and open-air swimming pool through planting and created a simple and quiet tone through the change of planting levels and textures.
