海边轻盈的琴键丨果岭海岸示范区改造

山东龙口果岭海岸示范区售楼处位于山东省烟台市，场地两面临海，距离海滩距离不足50米。
Located in Yantai city, Shandong Province,the sales office of Sunac World Islands stands on a site overlooking the sea ontwo sides with the distance to the beach shorter than 50m.
The project is to makean all-round renovation of the building facade and the internal space based onthe frame structure of the original building on the site. The design isintended to create a unique seaside building style, which is as light as anobservatory overlooking the sea and as white as a flying sea gull.
在建筑一层的改造设计中，一方面采用通透的落地玻璃弱化墙体；另一方面通过造型处理，强化柱子的形体和力量，塑造出‘瞭望台的支柱’。建筑的二层向四周悬挑，成为整座建筑的形象主体，水平伸展的白色形体犹如瞭望平台，又好似展开的翅膀。建筑的三层收缩至建筑的中心，强化中轴对称的布局。三层的外立面采用玻璃幕墙外加竖格栅的形式，营造出朦胧的层叠感。在白天，竖格栅对室内遮阳，对室外过滤玻璃反射；在夜晚，当室内灯光亮起，它便成为海边的‘灯塔’。
For the renovation of level-1, on one handtransparent French windows are used to weaken the sense of wall and on theother hand the style is particularly designed to enhance the shape and strengthof columns, creating the ‘pillars of an observatory’. Level-2 of the building,having cantilevers stretching towards all sides, serves as the main image bodyof the whole building, whose white body, extending horizontally, resembles theshape of the observatory platform as well as the flying wings. Level-3 of thebuilding is contracted to the building centre to stress the central axissymmetrical layout. The external facade of Level-3 uses glass curtain wall withvertical louvers attached externally, creating a hazy cascade sense. During theday the vertical louvers can provide shadow to the indoor and filter glassreflection to the outdoor; in the night when indoor lamps are on, the buildingturns into a ‘lighthouse’ beside the sea.
