普利斯设计集团住宅景观设计：华发中央公园

华发中央公园位于飞速发展的广州广钢新城的核心区域。该项目紧邻规划建造的广钢中央公园，地理位置十分优越；项目地周边的配套设施十分完善。与纽约中央公园周边住宅区“于繁华都市之央，享天然氧吧之净”的环境类似，华发中央公园也致力于打造出具有广钢新城特色的“城市氧吧”住宅区。普利斯设计集团在为该项目进行景观设计时，结合项目地周边的自然环境，以“让萤火虫飞进中央公园”为设计主题，打造出了一片融合新古典与自然气息的住宅社区。今天，我们先来了解一下该项目的示范区。

新古典主义的设计风格主要体现在对轴线、对称式景观元素的运用及仪式感的氛围营造上。无论是连接入口的凤凰林荫木大道，序列涌泉及迎宾水景，或是步道两侧的景墙，都将对称美展现的淋漓尽致。迎宾水景中叠水与涌泉交融，层次鲜明，错落有致。它们在营造仪式感的同时又为项目地增添了几分动感。此外，景墙上星星点点的LED星星灯也是本项目的亮点之一。星星灯模拟萤火虫，华灯初上时，“萤火虫”翩翩飞入绿植环绕的住宅区，正切合了本项目“让萤火虫飞进中央公园”的设计主题。

售楼中心与庭院区域的景观设计风格则融入了更多的自然气息，设计师对新古典元素的恰当运用也使得该区域的景观氛围既端正、典雅又不失清新、活泼。自然式的户外洽谈区和庭院空间很好地中和了售楼中心建筑的硬朗与水景的端正，使得整体景观空间更富有生活气息。

值得一提的还有该项目人性化的植栽设计。该项目的植栽设计生动地诠释了什么是“步移景异、处处皆景、景景皆画”。为配合主入口与水景广场轴线感、仪式感强烈的景观氛围，植栽设计大多采用对称式布局。而到了售楼中心、庭院这类人群活动密集的场所，植栽设计则采用自然式布局。在植栽品种的选择上，凤凰木、鸡蛋花、兰花鼠尾草等具有华南特色的本土植栽被运用到本项目中。经过精心布局的植栽色彩鲜艳、层次分明、画面感强烈，定能带给住户一场非同一般的视觉盛宴。

考虑到华发中央公园项目的地理位置紧邻大型公园，我们将“公园”的概念引入到设计中；为了增强项目地的自然气息与趣味性，我们又引入了“萤火虫”的概念。漫步于住宅区，住户既能体会到公园的大尺度空间开合，又能感受到花园式住宅的精致细节与萤火虫点亮夜空的美好意境。此外，设计中被精心选用的广州本土热带植物为项目地披上一层葳蕤斑斓的外衣，也使得项目地的自然气息更为浓郁。

Located in the core area of the rapidly developing Guanggang New Town, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, and adjacent to the Guanggang Central Park in planning, Huafa Central Park has a superior location with fantastic surrounding facilities. Huafa Central Park's name originates from the area's similarity to New York Central Park, as the park is a peaceful, livable and comfortable environment nestled within the bustling city center. On this basis, Huafa Central Park enhances its local features as well. Under this concept, Place Design Group created a residential area with a theme of 'fireflies flying into the Central Park'. In design style, the style of neoclassicism combined with naturalism is chosen. Let's have a look at the display area first.

Neoclassicism style is mainly reflected in the use of the axial, symmetrical landscape elements and the creating of ritual landscape atmosphere. The flame tree boulevard, fountains, water features and feature walls are designed to showcase the beauty of symmetry. The fountains combining with the ritual cascades, add dynamics to this area. The star lights in the feature wall are one of the highlights of the project, imitating fireflies flying into the area when illuminated.

The sales office and courtyards embody a naturalism design. However, the proper use of neoclassical elements enhances the ritual feeling among the natural atmosphere. The layout of the outdoor negotiation zone and courtyard visually softens the exterior of the building and makes the residence more livable.

The elaborate planting arrangement is striking, creating the atmosphere of 'every step makes differences'. The planting arrangement and landscape design in the main entrance and water feature square enhance the neoclassical atmosphere, while the planting arrangement flows into a naturalism design in the sales office and courtyard. Flame trees, Frangipane and Salvia Farinacea are widely used to showcase local flora and fauna throughout the landscape design. The well arranged plantings are diverse and colorful, offering a visually vibrant residential experience.

Considering that the Huafa Central Park is adjacent to the large park, designers introduce the concept of 'park' into the design. To enhance the natural atmosphere and the enjoyment of the site, the concept of 'fireflies' is introduced as well. Wandering in the residential area, residents can experience the large open scale of the park together with the delicacy of garden house and the romantic feeling of fireflies lighting up the night. In addition, the well-chosen native tropical plantings not only add color to the project, but also enhance the site's natural feeling.
