9月15日，伊朗投资组织主席穆罕默德.哈扎伊（Mohammad Khazaei）在首都德黑兰的国会议员大会中表示，中国已向五家伊朗银行分配了100亿美元的信贷额度的合同。

穆罕默德.哈扎伊（MohammadKhazaei）在中国中信集团有限公司与五家伊朗银行签订的一份价值100亿美元的合约的谅解备忘录签字仪式上发表了上述言论。

哈扎伊补充说：“该交易标志着在《联合综合行动计划》(JCPOA)之后与中国签署的第一份重大合同，在签署本合同时, 我们将能够迅速完成其在伊朗和中国的执行程序。”

伊朗投资组织负责人补充说:“伊朗与中信集团的合作分为三大类，主要领域之一是与大型金融机构合作，其次是双方签署的金融分析和项目融资。”

哈扎伊解释说：“中信集团是世界上最大的经济集团之一，并利用其公司在双方协议的基础上执行伊朗重大项目，这是双方合作的另一个方面。伊朗与中信集团的第三个合作领域是讨论中方在伊朗的金融服务, 签署该协议将促进伊朗金融和经济集团与中国之间的关系。鉴于中信集团在国际层面的表现, 该集团可以成为伊朗通向世界的门户。”

周四，伊朗和中信集团在北京签署了一项价值100亿美元信贷额度协议，该协议是在伊朗中央银行行长赛义夫（Valiollah Seif）、伊朗驻北京大使阿里·阿斯克里·哈吉(Ali AsgharKhaji)、伊朗投资组织主席穆罕默德.哈扎伊（MohammadKhazaei）以及中信集团的董事出席下，在中信集团中心北京总部举行的,中信集团与五家伊朗银行签署了一项100亿美元的信贷额度协议。

Tehran, Beijing ink $10nb investmentcontract

TEHRAN, Sep. 15 (MNA) – Iran’s deputy economy minister said, withina 10-billion-dollar contract, China has allocated Lines of Credit (LOCs) tofive Iranian banks.

Mohammad Khazaei made the remarks while speaking at the MoU-signingceremony for a ten-billion-dollar LOC contract between CITIC Group CorporationLtd. of China and five Iranian banks.

“The deal marks the first major contract signed with China in the eraafter the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA),”stated the official adding “upon signing this contract,we will be able to quickly finalize its executive procedures in Iran and China.”

Head of the Iranian Investment Organization added “Iran's cooperation with CITIC Group is divided into three categoriesone of the main areas of cooperation with the large financial institution beingfinancial analysis and project financing as signed by the parties.”

“CITIC is one of the largest economic groups in the world and takingadvantage of its companies to execute major Iranian projects based on mutualagreement remains yet another aspect of cooperation between the two sides. Thethird area of collaboration between Iran and the CITIC lies in discussion offinancial services of the Chinese side in Iran and signing of the agreementwill boost ties between financial and economic groups of Iran and China. Giventhe presence of CITIC on the international level, the group can serve as Iran’s gateway for to the world,” he explained.

An agreement on a $ 10 billion credit line between Iran and China'sCITIC Group was inked in Beijing on Thursday at presence of Governor of CentralBank of Iran Valiollah Seif, Iran's Ambassador to Beijing Ali Asghar Khaji,Chairman of Iran’s Investment Organization MohammadKhazaei as well as CITIC Group directors. The meeting, which was held at theChinese CITIC Center in Beijing, signed a $ 10 billion agreement on credit lineof China’s CITIC Group with five Iranian banks.

CITIC GROUP is one of the largest financial institutions in theworld, ranked among the top 500 groups. The China Construction Bank, CITICBank, Bidou Group, China Film Company and China Post Express Company are amongsubsidiaries of CITIC Group.
