天仪再始，岁律更新。冬奥圣火点亮的壬寅虎年注定不凡，由北京市园林古建设计研究院有限公司设计打造的北京冬奥村·冰嬉花园，将伴随冬奥健儿们一同取得佳绩。

项目概况

Project Overvies

北京冬奥村坐落于城市中轴线上，临近水立方、国家体育馆、国家速滑馆等比赛场地。传统与现代、文化与体育在此交融，地理位置优越。

Beijing Winter Olympic Village is located on the central axis of Beijng , near the Water Cube, the National Stadium, the National Speed Skating Oval and other venues. With an excellent location where tradition and modernity, culture and sports mingle.

北京冬奥村在赛时将为各国运动员及随队人员提供住宿、餐饮、医疗等保障服务，赛后将作为北京市人才公租房，面向符合首都城市战略定位的人才配租。

During the games, the Village will provide accommodation, catering and medical services for athletes and team members from all over the world. After the games, the Village will serve as a public rental house for talents in Beijing to those talents who meet the strategic positioning of the Capital city.

因此，我们的设计意图是将北京冬奥的使用需求与人才公租房的使用需求结合，打造舒适宜居、绿色生态，兼顾文化展示的居住环境。

Therefore, our design intention is to combine the needs of Beijing Winter Olympics with the needs of public rental house for talents, to create  a living environment that is comfortable, livable, green and ecological, while taking into account the cultural display.

理念构思

Design Concept

接到设计任务之初，我们对设计方案进行了立意上的研究探讨，结合2022年北京冬奥，结合北京老百姓的冰嬉传统，我们把目光自然而然地落在了一幅“表现中国传统冬季冰嬉习俗的冰上体育画卷”——《冰嬉图》。

At the beginning of receiving the task, we carried out a study and discussion on the design scheme. In combination with the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and the Ice Play Tradition of Beijing people, we naturally focused on a "ice sports picture scroll representing China's traditional winter ice play customs" -- "Bingxi Picture".

Qing Dynasty《冰嬉图》卷表演的是转龙射球项目。冰场上，旗手和射手们间隔排列，盘旋滑行于曲折冰道上，远望之，蜿蜒如龙形。在冰道上设置三处旌门，上悬一球，称天球。转龙队伍滑至此处时，分别射矢，中者有赏。另外在滑行队伍中还有各项杂技表演，如舞刀、叠罗汉及花样滑等。"Bingxi Picture" performance is "zhuanlongsheqiu"project. On the ice rink, the flag-bearers and marksmen are arranged at intervals, circling and sliding on the winding ice road, looking from a far, winding like a dragon. In the ice track set three "Jingmen" with hanging a ball which called "Tianqiu". When the dragon team slides to this point, they shoot arrows respectively for prize. In addition, there are various acrobatic performances in the gliding team, such as knife dance, pyramid and figure skating.

The vigor and vitality contained in the volume of “Bingxi Picture” is integrated with the sportsmanship of the Beijing Winter Olympics.

《冰嬉图》卷描绘了北京悠久的冬季体育活动传统和欢庆热闹气氛，是中国传统民俗文化的一部分，其文化意境与新时代北京冬奥会体育竞技精神相契合。由《冰嬉图》卷作为设计构思的灵感，将传统文化与冰雪运动完美结合，并融入到景观方案中，形成方案的特色亮点。

"Bingxi Picture" depicts the traditional winter sports activities and festive atmosphere of Beijing, which is a part of Traditional Chinese folk culture. Its cultural artistic conception fits in with the competitive spirit of the Beijing Winter Olympics in the new era. As the inspiration of the design concept, the landscape plan perfectly combines traditional culture and ice and snow sports, forming the characteristic highlights of it.

设计解读

Design Interpretation

冰嬉花园提取《冰嬉图》卷蕴含祥和寓意的卷云元素，形成曲线形的园路步道系统和条石园林小品，结合植物生态群落、雨水海绵系统、生态环保园路材料的设置，打造生态、绿色、自然的高品质住区游园环境。

“Bingxi Garden” extracts the cirrus cloud elements of "Bingxi Picture" to form a curved garden path system and ornamental strip stone.Create a ecological, green and natural high-quality residential garden environment by setting ecological communities, rain sponge systems, and eco-friendly road materials.

Set up a "convered corridor" to provide an outdoor platform for meeting guests to chat, rest and appreciate.

Integrate "Bingxi" elements and snowflake elements into landscape strips and a “covered corridors" to enrich cultural connotation.

除冰嬉花园之外，各宅间形成多个绿色生活花园，提供游憩休憩、短暂会客等功能，同时为保证冬季景观效果，采用有美好传统文化寓意的植物，例如造型油松、竹子、蜡梅、玉兰等植物品种。

In addition to the "Bingxi Garden", a number of living gardens are formed in each house to provide recreation and temporary visitors. At the same time, in order to ensure the effect of winter landscape, plants with beautiful traditional cultural meanings are adopted, such as modeling pinus tabulaeformis, bamboo, wax plum, magnolia and other plant varieties.

景观化处理消防道及登高面的策略

Design Strategies of Fire Roads and Elevated Surfaces

为了响应国家“全民运动”的号召，设计团队结合4米宽消防道路及楼前的消防登高面，打造运动健身漫步道，并融入冬奥元素。并对道路标识提前打样比对，确保现场效果。

In response to the call of the "National Movement", the elements of the Beijing Winter Olympics were integrated into the 4-meter-wide fire road and the fire climbing surface to create a sports and fitness walk way. We proofed and compared the road signs to ensure the on-site effect.

▼结合消防登高面，打造跳格子、图案迷宫、微型跑道等儿童活动场地，考虑到人才公租房的使用需求，鼓励儿童参与体育运动。

Create playgrounds for children's activities such as jumping grids, pattern mazes, and miniature runways on the fire climbing surface to encourage children to participate in sports.
