 Our sommelier Ashley has curated a Chinese wine list that showcases 7 wines from Ningxia, Shanxi and Xingjiang. Enjoy some sparkling, rose and refreshing red and white wines from some of the best vinyards across the country.

天塞酒庄精选霞多利干白葡萄酒

Chardonnay, Skyline of Gobi, 

Selection 2016

坐落在戈壁天山脚下的天塞酒庄坚持尊重自然， 还原新疆风土的天塞精神。酒庄在短时间内迅速成长得到国内外诸多葡萄酒庄家和行业同的肯定，再誉颇丰 这款酒采用天山南麓焉耆盆地出产的霞多丽葡萄酿制而成，呈浅禾杆黄色调；具有清晰活泼的西柚、哈密瓜香气；口感爽脆、纯净，并带有些许饼干和烘烤的风味；回味以新鲜饱满的果味为主。

Skyline of Gobi's philosophy is to respect nature and fine winemaking, emphasizing the combination of modern science and traditional technology, in combination with adopting advanced winemaking techniques. This wine is bright, lively and fresh with notes of grapefruit and hami melon. The palate is crispy and clear with some interesting biscuit and toast flavors to be discovered behind the fresh juicy fruit.

天塞酒庄玛瑟兰干红葡萄酒

Marselan, Skyline of Gobi 2015

这款酒同样来自于天塞酒庄，这个酒庄曾经获得过亚洲葡萄酒指南AWR 银奖、英国品醇客亚洲葡萄酒大赛铜奖。酒体呈深紫红色调。香气浓郁而富有层次，具有成熟的红色和黑色水果气息，口口感强劲，单宁细腻，酒体圆润饱满，具有很好的潜力。

This wine is also from Skyline of Gobi, which has won the Asian Wine Review: Silver Medal , Decanter: Bronze. This wine has dense deep Purple color. Expressive and structured aromas of ripe red fruit and black fruits along with vanilla and spice top note resulted from fine French oak. It has luxurious mouth feel, silky tanning, and round body. Nice aging potential.

蒲昌白羽干白葡萄酒

Rkatsiteli, Puchang 2016

在吐鲁番的气候下种植出来的葡萄拥有绝佳的酸甜平衡度。蒲昌酒庄借助于天然优势，使许多国内葡萄酒爱好者了解到了新疆的异域葡萄酒风格。这款酒有热带水果的香气，略带异国情调，伴随着淡淡的姜黄粉末的味道，很有表现力。带有桃⼦和柑橘的⼝感，爽⼝⽽平衡的酸度，⼀点点辛辣的回 味。这款优雅的葡萄酒带有柠檬的味道与柔和的⼝感。

The grapes are grown in turpan's climate have an excellent balance of sweet and sour. This wine has attractive aroma of white fruits such as peach, pear and touch of coconut note. On the palate it is crisp and round, has refreshing acidity and light minerality with hint of orange peel.

蒲昌沙布拉维干红葡萄酒

Saperavi, Puchang 2014

蒲昌葡萄园与世界上一些最好的葡萄酒产区拥有相同的纬度。蒲昌地区以其丰富的葡萄栽培历史而享有良好的声誉。这款酒拥有紫罗兰，辛辣的花香和深⾊⽔果的味道。口感上可以体味到萃取的⽔果⼝味，略带胡椒的⼤茴香味道。此酒结构稳定，酸度平衡，丹宁活泼。酒体⼤ 胆，有⾜够的⽔果和皮⾰的香味。

Puchang vineyard shares the same latitude with some of the best wine-making regions in the world. Puchang region inherits a fine reputation for its rich history of viticulture. This wine has plum, spicy aroma with hint of liquorice and woody notes. On the palate it is dense with black fruit notes including sour cherry and plum. The finish has well balanced acidity, good length and soft tannin.

宁夏 Ningxia

迦南美地雷司令干白葡萄酒

Riesling, Kanaan Winery 2017

迦南美地酒庄，来自宁夏贺兰山东麓产区，在这里，精品葡萄酒的中国潜力正在迸发。在宁夏，种植雷司令一度被认为是不可能的任务。庄主王方则坚信脚下的迦南美地就是宁夏雷司令的希望之地。并且她做到了。这款雷司令酒体饱满，新鲜多汁的柠檬风味并带着小白花与柑橘类香气与一丝汽油气息。

Kanaan Winery, located on the east slope of Helan Mountain in Ningxia China. In Ningxia, producing a Riesling was once considered a “mission impossible,” however winemaker Wang Fang believed so strongly in the potential of the land, and she achieved what others didn't dare to try. The Kanaan Riesling is full-bodied and refreshing with juicy lemon flavors, floral notes of white flowers and a hint of petrol.

Cabernet Blend, Kanaan Winery, 

Pretty Pony 2014

小马驹是迦南美地的品牌旗舰款，源自贺兰山东麓。融合了宁夏的当地风土并不断创新，不凡的中国美酒就这样诞生了！这款小马驹由卡本妮苏维翁与梅洛酿制，涌现深色水果香气，伴随咖啡、桂皮和巧克力气息，层次丰富精致讨喜。酒体饱满平衡，有着悦人的酸度和单宁。

Pretty Pony is the flagship wine from Kanaan. It reflects the natural Ningxia terroir while continuing to innovate, giving us a Chinese wine of outstanding quality! Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, Pretty Pony has many layers, with pronounced aromas of black fruit, coffee, cinnamon and chocolate. It is full-bodied and balanced, with a pleasant level of acidity and tannins.

山西 Shanxi

怡园酒庄德宁珍藏起泡酒

Grace Vineyard, Angelina Brut Reserve 2009

德宁Angelina，庄主小女儿的名字，这款酒是怡园酒庄的第一款起泡酒，这瓶酒捕捉了小女孩对人生的喜悦，期盼和追寻。2009年是好年份，葡萄小巧结实且酸度平衡。这款酒充满蜜瓜香气、甘香，矿物而带点馅饼般的香气。口感清新，有浓郁结实的柠檬、白桃和酵母味道，层次感把整体的复杂度提升起来。

Angelina, daughter of the Grace Vineyard owner, is the first sparkling wine of this Vineyard .Vintage 2009 is excellent, small berries with high acidity and balanced flavor. This wine is fresh honeydew and savory, with super biscuit notes and mineral in aroma. The palate is fresh with concentrated lemony citrus, orchid and yeast, layers of flavor giving an in depth complexity.
