We continue to explore the ancient trade routes with Union cocktail cart which connected the East and West. Through our bi-monthly creation, listen the stories of traditions, culture and custom of the most iconic regions of the Silk Road.
This time, we explore the 3 regions- China, Pakistan, Thailand where the ancient road of the North, South and Maritime passed by!

砂糖桔作为中国特有的柑橘水果，饱满多汁，酸甜爽口，我们在Pisco Punch的基础上用到这种新鲜的水果，搭配少许的辛香料，激活它丰富的果香，再以气泡酒赋予它活力，轻松易饮，酸甜开胃。
China's signature citrus fruit, mandarin oranges are at once sweet, sour and juicy. Inspired by a Pisco Punch, we brought mandarin orange together with cloves and other spices to enhance its flavour. Effervescence from sparkling wine makes for a refreshing and appetising drink.

Pine Nut 松子
Cinnamon 肉桂
Amaro Montenegro 阿玛罗蒙特内罗
White Cocoa 白可可
Vetiver 岩兰草
在巴基斯坦的西部有一片松树林，每年10月到次年4月份都会产出大量的松子，我们以松香作为主要风味，搭配一些坚果与泥煤烘烤的味道，酒体浓郁厚重，风味层次递进，余味悠长。
Every year from October to April, a large pine forest in western Pakistan produces mountains of pine nuts. Pine needles lead as the primary aroma in this cocktail, bolstered by nutty undertones and a peaty whisky. Heavy body, progressive flavour and a lingering aftertaste.

Papaya 木瓜
Lemongrass 香茅
Clove 丁香
Cardamom 绿豆蔻
Fish Sauce 鱼露
泰国地处热带雨林气候区，热带水果丰饶，我们用木瓜作为主要风味，搭配东南亚菜系里常用的香料食材，经过萃取加工，使其所有风味变的轻盈融合，入口淡淡的木瓜香气，慢慢带出鲜香辛辣与草本的味道，宛如东南亚的海风拂过。
Thailand’s warm, wet climate is abundant with tropical fruit. Typical Thai spices combine together for a light and blended flavour in this papaya martini. The papaya’s gentle taste transforms into a fresh, spicy and herby sensation, much like the sea breeze in Southeast Asia.
