We are pleased to announce our new cloud-based storage platform XJTLU BOX.
Box(box.xjtlu.edu.cn) is cloud-based storage that provides a convenient centralized place for staff and students to keep their files.
It will replace multiple fragmented storage services such as File2, File3 and FTP.
Its functions and features are similar to Dropbox and Baidu Netdisk.

账号登录异常
很多同学反映登陆E-bridge，ICE等平台或者连接校内WIFI时提示账号或密码无效，遇到这种情况请先确认你的用户名和密码输入正确。因为部分手机的输入法会在你输入用户名时自动带出一个空格，请删除空格后再尝试登陆。
When
you log in E-bridge, ICE or some other platforms, please make sure
username and password you entered is correct. A blank spacing may occur
in username due to input method settings. Please delete it and try
again.

忘记密码/Forget your password
If you forget the password, please send a request of resetting password to IT@xjtlu.edu.cn via your personal mailbox (not XJTLU mailbox).
Please provide the information about your XJTLU mail account, XJTLU ID number, and the photo of your XJTLU student ID card and resident identify card/passport for your own security (the attachment should be smaller than 5MB). MITS will reset password and send new password to you.
