On Friday 21st January 7:00-8:30 pm join Taozi Tree Yoga for a 60-minute restorative yoga practice with Shii followed by 30 minutes of sound healing with Ms. Lei Wang. Let yoga warm up and nourish your body and sound healing deeply relax your mind.周五1月21日晚上7:00-8:30与Shii老师一起进行60分钟的修复瑜伽练习，随后与王蕾老师一起沉浸到30分钟的颂钵疗愈当中。让瑜伽温暖滋养你的身体，让颂钵疗愈深深放松你的心灵。
We are so happy to announce that we’ll be hosting another very special evening at our favorite winter venue, Life Infinity Center (6F Yintai CBD) on Friday January 21st from 7:00 to 8:30pm. This 60-min restorative yoga class will be led by one of our favorite and most passionate yoga teachers, Shii. This rejuvenating class will be followed by 30 minutes of sound healing provided by amazing sound healer expert Ms. Lei Wang. They both teamed up to design this calming class to help soothe us into deep winter season. Yoga asana practice can create warmth in your body and give you more movement and flexibility. This class will go beyond the traditional genre of restorative yoga and the focus will be only on your unique body. Join us in undertaking new and safe asanas, protect the Qi in our body and calm the nerve system to fully relax body and mind.

After asana practice, sound healing will deeply relax your body and mind. Ms. Lei Wang will take this chance to use her sound healing magic to help you let go and restore your energy. In addition, she will prepare the singing bowls to specifically target the lumbar vertebra focusing on the 2nd Chakra - Sacral Chakra to help you cope with the deep winter season. This will protect our QI and improve sleep quality. Exactly what we need! Come and enjoy the gentle restorative flow and bathe in the magic vibrations of singing bowls!

Lastly, we would encourage everyone to wear colorful clothes, such as orange for the sacral chakra... to brighten your practice as it is so easy to fall into dullness this time of year. You can get out of the habit of wearing tight yoga clothes and feel free to wear whatever you feel like! Any loose-fitting clothes would be great. Let’s add some color to this fun yoga night!
