应中国绿发会负责任旅游工作委员会邀请，国际负责任旅游伙伴关系与负责任旅游中心ICRT主席、“全球负责任旅游奖”评委主席HaroldGoodwin博士，将于9月10至12日线上参加在海南博鳌举行的2021博鳌旅游发展论坛。届时，他将就负责任旅游问题进行主旨发言。

We cordially invite you to present atthe 2021 Bo’ao Tourism Development Forum. The Forum will be held at theInternational Conference Center of Bo’ao Asia Forum in Hainan, China, fromSeptember 10-12, 2021.

The pandemic has steered the worldeconomy into a period of uncertainty and has heavily impacted the globaltourism industry. The Bo’ao Tourism Development Forum provides a platform forstudying the current industry landscape, setting industry standards and trends,and exploring innovative, effective, safe, and sustainable solutions toreinvigorate the tourism industry and promote global economic development.

The Forum comprises a broad collectionof tourism-related segments, including regulation and sustainability,healthcare and gerontology, hospitality, technology and big data, destinationshowcase, and financial and legal services. You are invited to deliver a keynotespeech on responsible tourism and sustainability. We understand it may bedifficult to attend in person; the Forum organizing committee is dedicated tomaking the Forum internationally accessible and will provide the necessaryaccommodation for remote or recorded presentations.

中国绿发会负责任旅游工作委员会于2020年3月成立，旨在将“负责任旅游”的理念深植人心，引领“负责任旅游”方面的实践和研究，推动中国旅游行业的绿色发展。负责任旅游（Responsible Tourism）与联合国可持续发展议程、生态文明思想、”双碳“目标实现、生物多样性保护和绿色发展都密切相关。2021年8月，中国绿发会负责任旅游工作委员会邀请了国内旅游业行业优秀代表参与“全球负责任旅游奖”评选，首次将这一项负责任旅游方面的国际权威奖项引入中国。

据悉，博鳌旅游发展论坛组委会由海南中远海运博鳌国际会务有限公司发起成立。本次论坛将以“共享自贸港新机遇-共谋旅游业新篇章”为主题，全面解读旅游行业的大趋势和新格局，通过对旅游行业的深刻理解，为与会嘉宾提供发展机会和赋能，从而助推旅游行业的高质量发展。
