外交部向全球推介未来之城：雄安惊艳9分钟

今天下午，“新时代的中国：雄安 探索人类发展的未来之城”河北雄安新区全球推介活动在外交部蓝厅举行。国务委员兼外长王毅出席并发表讲话，河北省委书记王东峰致辞，省长许勤进行推介。160多个国家和国际组织的驻华使节和代表、工商企业界代表及媒体记者等500多人出席。雄安新区9分钟的宣传片，向世界展示了未来城市的发展方向。

今天下午，外交部和河北省人民政府举行雄安新区全球推介活动，主题为“新时代的中国：雄安 探索人类发展的未来之城”。国务委员兼外交部长王毅发表致辞。 

王毅称，新时代雄安新区将成为中国未来高质量发展的领航员。雄安新区是中国深化改革的重大举措，大量符合未来发展方向的举措将在雄安先行先试，以解决大城市病，争取走出一条可复制可推广的新路子。

王毅表示，雄安新区建设坚持世界眼光、国际标准，新区向全球公开招标，有18个国家踊跃参与，汇聚了12批国际一流团队智慧，雄安新区今后将吸引更多的国际人才，为中国与各国的互利合作提供新的机会。

雄安新区建设坚持以人民为中心的理念，寄托着人类与城市和谐发展的共同梦想。希望各国使节和朋友们关注雄安、支持雄安、参与建设雄安，携手未来之城，实现合作共赢。

王东峰表示，规划建设河北雄安新区，是党中央作出的重大历史性战略选择。雄安新区的功能定位和发展目标是，打造北京非首都功能疏解集中承载地，贯彻落实新发展理念的创新发展示范区，推动高质量发展的全国样板，打造高水平社会主义现代化城市。新区规划建设已取得阶段性成效。我们将坚持“世界眼光、国际标准、中国特色、高点定位”，把新发展理念贯穿到雄安新区规划建设的全过程，充分展示新时代中国特色社会主义的伟大成果，让人类对美好生活的向往在这座未来之城梦想成真。

许勤从绿色生态、创新驱动、智慧智能、幸福宜居、开放包容五个方面推介雄安新区未来图景，邀请国内外各界朋友共享雄安机遇、共绘新区蓝图。

英国驻华大使吴百纳、新加坡驻华大使罗家良、意大利驻华大使谢国谊、塞内加尔驻华大使恩迪亚耶先后致辞表示，国际社会高度关注中方设立雄安新区这一富有远见的重大举措，赞赏习近平主席的远见卓识和雄安的高质量发展规划，相信中方有决心、有能力把雄安新区建设成世界城市发展新标志和国际合作新平台，愿作为理想的合作伙伴积极支持、参与雄安建设，与中方分享经验，加强合作，共建雄安这未来城市发展的明珠。

现在的雄安已经成为面向全国乃至世界的窗口。日前，竣工验收的雄安新区市民服务中心，部分项目已试运行。

体验未来之城 感受智慧创新

• 市民服务中心的行人便道、园林景观道路和停车场，全部采用了透水砖，雨水下到这上面都下渗到地下。

• 在企业办公区是一种全新的体验，这里打破原有写字楼办公企业的隔阂，路演厅、休闲水吧、会议室、阅读休闲区、商务洽谈区等全部实现共享。
  
  

• 工作结束后，去无人超市购物，会体会到它的先进和快捷。
  

无人驾驶道路测试 打造智能交通

此外，雄安这座未来之城还将打造智能交通体系，为此，在新建的雄安市民服务中心内专门设置了自动驾驶专用车道。

据了解，经过一到两个月实地测试，相关设计团队将根据测试数据对无人驾驶车辆性能进行优化。下半年，将有4到6辆无人驾驶车辆投放到河北雄安新区市民服务中心成为接驳车辆，进一步进行实用数据收集。

哪些产业将迎来创新发展机遇？

按照国务院此前发布的《河北省雄安新区规划纲要》，要求发展智慧物流、智慧教育、智慧医疗等现代服务业，建成绿色低碳、智能高效、环保宜居、提供优质公共服务的城市；同步规划建设数字城市，筑牢绿色智慧城市基础。

雄安新区地理位置优越加上国家政策支持引导，高新技术企业正在积极向该地区集聚，智慧城市、大数据、云计算、人工智能、工业互联网、网络安全等计算机相关产业已形成了一定发展基础。雄安新区的未来建设，将以《规划纲要》为蓝本，借鉴美国、日本的先进发展经验，打造全球一流的科技创新中心。
