醉美中秋：来自乌拉圭驻华大使的特别祝福！

花好月圆，醉美中秋。在中国家庭团圆最重要的传统节日中秋来临之际，外交之声独家推出《大使贺中秋》特辑，走进联合国及近20家驻华使馆，邀请联合国驻华代表和各国驻华大使通过视频为中国朋友送中秋祝福，共贺佳节，发出邀请。而这也是联合国驻华代表和各国大使首次在中秋节读诗送祝福。今天将带来乌拉圭驻华大使卢格里斯的祝福。

乌拉圭驻华大使：期待中乌下一个30年

举头望明月，低头思故乡

This year has been a very important year for Uruguay and China bilateral relations. We are celebrating 30 years of diplomatic relations of our governments and our countries and many high leveled visits took place. We started the year with the visit of a state counselor Wang Yi to Uruguay and he started the celebration of the 30th anniversary of our friendship. And then the visit continue to flow in both directions. My minister of foreign affairs of Uruguay came to China twice. The vice president of Uruguay also came to China and she just left very recently and we have been receiving very important ministers in order to foster our strategic partnership. We are now thinking in the future. We are thinking in the next 30 years of the diplomatic relations while we are also planning the activities for next year. Next year, we are going to celebrate the 60th anniversary of our parliamentary friendship. 

The first head of our parliament came to China in 1959 and we are going to celebrate this 60 years of exchanges between the bodies that represent our peoples next year. We are also going to attend a very important affair that Beijing is going to host during almost the whole year here in the capital. But we are also thinking of many other events and also we are hoping to receive president Xi Jing ping in our country. 

We have been offering to our Chinese friends a very stable, a very trustful friendship between Uruguayans and Chinese. The China-Uruguay relation is much more than trade even though China is our first trade partner and is a very important component of our bilateral relations. It’s about people and we are very happy to say that we have a brand new Confucius institute that is full of students in the capital of Uruguay and many more are about to come. We are also hoping to be able to open a Chinese cultural centre in our capital in Uruguay and we have opened as more cultural center of Uruguay and culture here in Beijing as well as we have the first institute of Uruguayan studies in a university here also in the Chinese capital. 

Those exchanges between scientists, between academia between students are going to really elevate the relationship, the strategic partnership into a new level. We are hoping that all the activities of this current year and next year are going to make it possible that we can have a very comprehensive strategic partnership. Thank it that all the future generations and friendship that will continue in this centre of our recreation and thank you very much and I wish all the Chinese to come to Uruguay which is a very touristic country. We double our population with tourists every year. 

We mostly receive friends from the Americas and Europe but we are always open to receive Chinese tourists that we know that they are going to more and more to south America. So you are invited to come to Uruguay to discover the beauties of our country, the UNESCO sights, the beautiful landscape and the pure air and to seek that Uruguay is a natural country. So come to Uruguay, we invite you to continue to celebrate this friendship between our peoples visiting our country.

今年是乌中双边关系发展非常重要的一年。是两国政府和国家建交30周年，我们进行了系列庆祝活动并举行了许多高级别的访问。庆祝活动先从王毅部长访问乌拉圭祝贺我们30周年的友谊开始，随后通过两国互访展开。乌拉圭外交部长已经来访中国两次。乌拉圭副总统最近来访中国，并刚刚回国。我们接访中国高级别的部长，以促进我们战略伙伴关系的发展。

现在，我们正在规划未来30年的外交关系，同时我们也在筹划明年的活动。明年是双方的议会友谊60周年，我们将就此举行庆祝活动。我们的第一任议长于1959年来到中国，我们将进行代表两国人民进行政府间的活动。庆祝两国60年来的交流和合作。乌拉圭也将参加首都北京举办的一个为期近一年的非常重要的活动。我们也将举行其他活动，并期待和欢迎习近平主席的来访。我们一直致力于构建稳定，值得信赖的乌中友谊。尽管中国是我们的第一个贸易伙伴，也是我们双边关系中非常重要的国家之一，但乌中关系远不止于此。

两国人民交流也非常密切，值得高兴的是，在乌拉圭首都新开设的孔子学院已经深受学生欢迎，而且后续还有更多的学生想要在此进行学习。我们也希望能够在我们首都乌拉圭开设一个中国文化中心，我们已经在北京开设了乌拉圭文化中心，还在首都北京的大学里开设了第一所乌拉圭研究所。两国科学家，学术，和学生之间交流将真正把战略伙伴关系提升到一个新的高度。我们希望今年和明年的所有活动能够帮两国建立一个非常全面的战略伙伴关系。

希望在各种活动中的交往能够延续我们两国后代的友谊。我们欢迎中国人民来乌拉圭这个旅游业为主的国家。每年游客来访人数都会使国家人口翻倍。我们的游客主要是来自美洲和欧洲的朋友，我们也同样欢迎来自中国的游客，现在有越来越多的中国游客前往南美洲，请您去乌拉圭看一看，探索我国的美景，我们有联合国教科文组织保护的风景和纯净的空气，请去发现自然淳朴的国家。来乌拉圭吧，一同通过旅游来见证我们的友谊。
