About us Green Solutions is a social enterprise located in the southwest China that advocates for a sustainable lifestyle, plant-based diet and organic food. We sell products that are carefully sourced, tested or used by us, 100% eco-friendly and cruelty-free and support environmentally conscious businesses and individuals in China and worldwide.

Our Projects1. We currently sell eco-friendly products online but plan to open a brick-and-mortar shop in the future. We plan to launch a service selling organic vegetables using only reusable and sustainable packaging. 2. Once a month, we organize a community film screening on an ongoing environmental issue with a talk by a guest speaker who gives a damn about our planet and a hands-on eco-friendly activity. This event brings people together and helps raise awareness about sustainability through fun activities.3. Green Solutions runs China Vegan Tours, a sustainable tour company that advocates for a plant-based diet and plastic-free lifestyle. We offer plastic-free vegan food tours at local wet markets, night markets and organic farms. There are currently two tours in Kunming and we seek to expand to other cities in southwest China.
我们的项目1. 我们目前在线上销售环保替代产品，但计划在未来开设实体店。我们现在也正在筹划销售有机生态蔬菜，不使用任何塑料包装。2. 每月,我们会组织放映关于各种生态环境问题的纪录片。同时，每期我们都会邀请一位来自不同行业的环保主义人士分享他们可持续生活方式的经验，以及开展各种环境友好的用品的制作的活动。3. China Vegan Tours(无塑素食游) 是Green Solutions旗下的一个可持续的旅游公司。提倡植物饮食和无塑料生活方式。我们会去当地的菜市场、夜市和有机农场等等。目前昆明有两个素食游活动。我们计划扩展到中国西南部的其它城市。

Our Team我们的团队

Leo, FounderLeo lives in Kunming and is vegan, a zero waste lifestyle practitioner, and off-the-beaten-track traveller. He is the founder of Green Solutions and China Vegan Tours. When you can't find him biking around in Kunming or roaming around in a market, he is probably hiding somewhere in a secluded village. He also works as a tour guide with tour companies in Yunnan which are environmentally conscious and value  the cultural diversity and heritage of Chinese minority groups. 
Leo, 创始人现住云南。素食者，零浪费生活方式实践者，同时也是个偏僻线路旅行者。Green Solutions(无塑料零售店)和China Vegan Tours(无塑素食游）创始人。如果你在昆明的大街上看不到他骑单车或者菜场里也找不到他，那他肯定又是藏到哪个无名的小村子里了。他同时在和一些在云南对环境友好，重视传统中国少数民族文化多样性和文化遗传的旅游公司合作，提供导游服务 。

Rachel Dragos, English EditorRachel Dragos is a writer, educator, learner, and traveller. She is currently based Guangzhou where she teaches chemistry and physics at an international school. She was born outside Boston and lived in Ohio and San Francisco before moving abroad. Rachel joined Leo as a volunteer after attending the Wet Market Vegan Tour with Leo in Kunming . When Rachel is not teaching, lesson planning, or writing, you can probably find her reading a book or planning her next adventure.
龙瑞秋,英文编辑龙瑞秋是一位作家、教育家、学习者和旅行者。她目前在广州的一所国际学校里教化学和物理。她出生在波士顿郊区，在移居国外之前，曾在俄亥俄州和旧金山居住。Rachel在参加了Leo在昆明的菜市场素食之旅后，深受Green Solutions和China Vegan Tours项目使命的鼓舞，希望尽她所能地为这个不断发展的组织提供支持和帮助。在Rachel不教书、备课或写作的时候，她很可能正在读一本书或者计划她下一次的冒险。

Rachel Ma, Chinese Editor, Event Coordinator Rachel Ma is a former educator and a life long learner who was always passionate about volunteer service for the needy when she lived in Shanghai. Since she relocated to Kunming last year, she has been looking for an organization that would make a difference. That’s how she got to know Green Solutions and inspired by its sustainable projects that help raise public awareness of environmental protection. She is grateful to be able to help out as a part of the team.
Rachel Ma, 中文编辑，活动组织Rachel Ma曾是一名老师，在上海生活期间一直热衷于帮扶性质的公益活动，期间担任过义工队长。自去年回到昆明后一直希望能找到一个倡导健康生活方式的公益组织，机缘巧合参加了Green Solutions的几次活动后被活动内容和其传递的环保意识所感染。她很开心能有机会成为Green Solutions义工团队的一员并为提升大众的环保意识尽绵薄之力。

Yuki Zhou, TranslatorYuki works as the operation assistant in an international toy company. Due to the impact of coronaviris, she is currently working from home. She was born in Kunming and studied, worked and travelled in different cities within and outside China. Yuki realized the urgency and importance of climate actions and changed to plant-based diet few years ago. She found Leo’s project by accident, and felt very delighted that there was such a nice project and organization in Kunming, her hometown. After contacting Leo, she was invited to be involved in this organization as a volunteer. She’d like to help with the translation and other exciting tasks. She wishes more and more people would be aware of the urgency of environmental issues and  take actions together to create an eco-friendly and sustainable relationship with the nature.
Yuki Zhou, 翻译Yuki在一家国际玩具公司担任运营助理，受到新冠病毒的影响，她目前在家工作。她出生在昆明，并在国内外不同的城市学习、工作和旅行过。Yuki意识到了气候行动的紧迫性和重要性，并从几年前开始了以植物素食为主的饮食。她偶然发现了Leo的项目，并为她的家乡昆明有这么好的项目和组织感到高兴。通过与Leo联系，她被邀请作为一名志愿者参与到这个组织中来。她将尽她所能地协助翻译和其他有趣的事项。她希望越来越多的人能够意识到环境问题的紧迫性，并共同采取行动，与大自然建立起一种生态友好和可持续的关系。
