We are super excited that Green Solutions China is partnering up with A Zhou Chef's Table, one of the top vegan restaurants in southwest China to hold a charity vegan cooking class. A Zhou Chef’s Table is a high-end catering plant-based restaurant in Kunming, which is committed to the research and development and propagation of vegan food. Zhang Chuanzhou, the founder of the restaurant has high standards for ingredients and is a master in the new style of veganism, integrating Chinese and western, northern and southern cuisines. He cooks vegan food which surpasses their original tastiness, surprises us like artwork and is ultimately a feast for the eyes and palate.

我们感到非常激动,本月底绿案中国和阿洲厨房将组织一场素食烹饪公益活动。阿洲厨房是位于云南的一个高端餐饮品牌,致力于素食研发与传播。张传洲,阿洲厨房创始人,对于食材的要求近乎苛刻,精通中西南北融合新派素食,他做的素食超越了原有的美味,有如艺术品给我们惊喜,呈现出视觉、味蕾上的盛宴。

Dishes to Make

1、Two hot dishes (Instructor Zhao Pengchun)


  Kimchi Jjigae (Kimchi Stew) 

Made with homemade kimchi and a variety of fresh ingredients; this bright red attractive soup has a rich taste, sour and spicy with slightly sweet. It’s best to eat together with rice, a simple dish that makes us feel happy is so simple to prepare!



Handmade Sixi Veggie Balls

A healthy and symbolic dish that represents family through cooking. The round balls symbolize reunion and happiness, topped with green vegetables. Bright colors plus pleasant smell, salty, fresh and juicy.



2、One cold dish (Instructor Xu Wen)

 Spicy “Beef”

Made with mushrooms, water chestnut powder, red oil spicy sauce. The consistency is chewy and creates a tasty meat-alternative.



3、Pastry (Instructor Wang Fengli)

Sweet Jujube Cake

Fermented wheat and corn flour, mixed with red beans, wolfberries, jujube. This traditional dish has a warm color and soft taste,  it helps strengthen  spleen and stomach which makes it one selected food for health-preserving.



4、Herbal Soup (Founder Zhang Chuanzhou)

Four Ingredients Soup

Based with willow mushroom, Angelica Sinensis, peanut and taro as the four common ingredients. After preparing the base, add some ginger and continue simmering for 1 hour. Fresh and salty, help to warm the stomach and detox blood, a good dish for summer.

教学菜品

1、热菜2道 (赵朋春老师)

韩国泡菜锅

以自制韩国泡菜为基础,添加各种新鲜食材,汤色鲜红诱人,滋味鲜香浓郁,酸辣伴有微甜,配上白米饭,顿时觉得幸福就这么简单!



手工四喜丸子

圆圆的丸子象征着团圆、美满、幸福,配上翠绿青菜掩映,鲜艳的色彩加上扑鼻的香味,咸鲜味浓的丸子与汁液,是令人无法抵挡的美味!



2、凉菜1道  (许文老师)

    麻辣牛肉片

用香菇、马蹄粉秘制而成,配上红油麻辣酱汁,Q弹爽口。



3、主食1道  (王凤丽老师)

    五谷枣糕

小麦粉、玉米粉经过发酵,配以红豆、枸杞、红枣,色泽温暖,口感松软,健脾和胃,四季养生佳品。



4、养生汤1道(张传洲老师)

    四物养生汤

以茶树菇、当归、花生、芋头四种常见食材,加入小黄姜慢炖1小时,清爽咸鲜,具有暖胃、补血的功效,是夏季养身佳品。

About the Chef/创始人简介


Zhang Chuanzhou is the founder of A Zhou Chef’s Table, product consultant of Gui Xin Resort Hotel, director of research and development for "VEGEGOOD”, and a technical consultant of the International Vegan Peace Alliance. Out of a great respect for life, he has been a vegan for 13 years and has been in the vegan industry for 13 years. In 2018, he was named one of the top ten Chinese vegan and actively participates in numerous charitable initiatives.


He is a kind person with deep thoughts and has been called a "vegan craftsman". He has high standards for ingredients and is a master in the new style of veganism, integrating Chinese and western, northern and southern cuisines. He cooks vegan food which surpasses their original tastiness, surprises us like artwork and is ultimately a feast for the eyes and palate.

张传洲,阿洲厨房创始人,归心度假酒店产品顾问,“素来很好”菜品研发总监。国际素食和平联盟技术顾问。出于对生命的敬畏,吃素13年,从事素食行业13年,被评为2018年十大素食华人。并积极参与多项公益事业。
