It's About to Get Really Cold in Beijing
By Justine Lopez
The weather in Beijing has started to get much more mild in the past week or two, but starting this week it's going to get substantially colder.
A cold front started sweeping over northern China on Sunday night, and colder-than-average temperatures are expected to last until Wednesday.
While Beijing is less affected than other areas of northern China, it's still going to feel a little bit like the start of winter in the capital – especially on Tuesday.
According to AccuWeather, Beijing will reach a high of 13 degrees and a low of 9 degrees today (Mon Oct 9). On Tuesday, things will cool down dramatically with a high of 10 degrees and a low of 7.
To put it in perspective, the high is usually around 21 degrees during this time of year.
Don't forget your jackets when you head out on Tuesday!
