每场品鉴会是一种集体体验，如在场的人-独一无二。
each tasting is a collective experience, unique as the people sitting at the table.
仿佛一场古典音乐演奏会，
Like a symphony of classical music,
总指挥、乐器手、与观众
the conductor, players and the audience
共同创造一个 “场” （field)，
co-create an energy field,

where one melts into another,
在当下的心心相印里，彼此滋养。
where one resonates with another — nurturing one another while being nurtured.
每一场品鉴会or工作坊又各有千秋：
Each tasting or workshop is unique in its own way.
从主题的认识，到受众群像，场地的了解，当地天气情况，
From theme to audience, location and weather,
每一个环节都对茶品的选择息息相关。
every piece of information is critical to the selections of tea.
主题是底色，
If the theme is the base color,
茶品是调色盘。
the teas are the palatte.
同一款茶，可以表达深沉，
The same tea could express either depth
也可以表达温暖。

最终的呈现离不开现场。
