7月20日，济南首次以当选城市的身份，参加了在哈尔滨举办的城市品牌节庆活动与“东亚文化之都”建设论坛。在本次论坛上，济南市人民政府副秘书长张蓉做了“打造泉水文化品牌 展现‘东亚文化之都’风采”主题发言。
