Located in the southwest of the United Kingdom, Bath is one of the most popular tourism destinations in the country. It is also the only city in the UK with natural hot springs.

巴斯市位于英国西南部，是英国最受欢迎的旅游城市之一，也是英国唯一拥有自然温泉的城市。

The city has a long history and is famous for the Roman Baths, which were built by the Romans over 2,000 years ago. 

巴斯历史文化悠久，以2000余年前罗马人兴建的巴斯古罗马温泉浴场闻名于世。

Bath is also home to some of the most elegant streets and buildings in the UK.

此外，巴斯独特的城市建筑艺术赋予她“英国最漂亮典雅的城市之一”的美名。

Roman Baths | 古罗马温泉浴场 

The well-preserved thermae in the city is a major tourist attraction in the UK.

保存完好的城市温泉浴场，是英国主要的旅游景点之一。

Royal Crescent | 皇家新月楼

Built between 1767 and 1775, the Royal Crescent is a row of 30 terraced houses built in the shape of a crescent. They are considered examples of Georgian architecture.

建于1767至1775年间的皇家新月楼，由连为一体的30幢楼组成，道路与房屋都排列成新月弧形，被誉为乔治亚时代的代表性建筑。

Pulteney Bridge | 普尔特尼桥

The bridge was built between 1769 and 1773 by Robert Adam and stretches across the River Avon in Bath.

横跨雅芳河的普尔特尼桥也是巴斯的著名景点之一，由设计师Robert Adam于1769至1773年间设计建造。

Roman remains, Georgian buildings, and Neo-classical-style buildings still exist in the city harmoniously, which makes Bath both a classic and modern city.

这就是巴斯，融合了不同时代的特色，外加一点异国情调。她有着乡村的优美景致、慵懒步调，却又不会和潮流脱节。

In addition, Bath has rich cultural and artistic resources that attract literary and art lovers from all over the world.

除了古老的建筑艺术，巴斯还拥有丰富的文化艺术资源，吸引了世界各地的文艺爱好者前来。

British author Jane Austen, who wrote Pride and Prejudice and Emma, was fond of the city. Her memorial hall is located in central Bath.

《傲慢与偏见》和《爱玛》的作者简·奥斯汀就对巴斯情有独钟。如今，简·奥斯汀纪念馆就坐落在市中心盖尔街上。

As the only city in the UK with natural hot springs, Bath is similar to Jinan, "the city of springs" in China.

作为英国唯一拥有自然温泉的城市，巴斯和“泉城”济南惺惺相惜。

Two cities established friendly relations in 2017 and have carried out exchanges and communication related to the protection of natural springs, spring culture, and spring-related tourism development.

2017年，巴斯和济南建立友好城市关系，并针对泉水景观保护、泉水文化申遗、泉水旅游开发等开展一系列的学习和交流。

In addition, Jinan has been developing the International Sister City Garden Project for Bath since 2020. It is anticipated that it will provide Jinan residents an immersive experience of Bath after the garden is completed.

2020年，济南市推出国际友城花园项目，得到了巴斯市的积极响应，目前巴斯花园的建设正在推进中，相信在不久的将来，广大市民就能到巴斯花园亲身感受巴斯城市的风采。
