Architecture

总监 - 上海

工作职责：

• 引领设计高度，提供卓越的设计产品
• 建立并维护良好的客户关系，关注客户需求
• 控制项目整体质量及进度
• 培养设计人才, 管理和发展团队

任职资格：

• 10年及以上国际知名建筑事务所或国内大型设计院工作经验

• 丰富的项目全过程经验，熟悉建筑技术规范

• 出色的专业技术能力，能够通过创新思维提出设计方案

• 具有高度责任感、优秀的项目管理能力和团队领导能力

• 熟练使用AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, V-ray, Revit等软件

Director - S­­hanghai

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to resolve new challenges and deliver excellent design products
• Establish and maintain client relationships with attention on client needs
• Control the overall project progress and design quality 
• Nurture talents, manage and develop the team

Qualifications：

• At least 10 years work experience in a leading international architecture design firm or institute

• Extensive experience in all stages of project process, familiar with building technical specifications

• Excellent design capabilities to resolve architectural solutions through innovative thinking

• Highly responsible and accountable, with strong project management skill and well-established team leadership

• Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, V-ray, Revit and other design software

主创建筑师 - 上海

工作职责：

• 高质量完成项目设计任务，提供卓越的设计产品

• 制定项目方案设计计划，合理调配资源，对项目进度负责

任职资格：

• 5-8年国际知名建筑事务所或国内大型设计院工作经验

• 丰富的项目全过程经验，熟悉建筑技术规范

• 出色的专业技术能力，能够通过创新思维提出设计方案

• 优秀的沟通能力和协调设计团队的经验

• 熟练使用AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, V-ray, Revit等软件

Senior Associate - Shanghai

Responsibilities:­

• Provide high quality design service and deliver excellent design products

• Manage project progress while allocate resources reasonably

Qualifications：

• 5-8 years work experience in a leading international architecture design firm or institute

• Extensive experience in all stages of project process, familiar with building technical specifications

• Excellent design capabilities to resolve architectural solutions through innovative thinking

• Excellent communication skills, experienced in coordinating design teams

• Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, V-ray, Revit and other design software

建筑设计师 - 上海

工作职责

• 根据既定设计方向，高质量完成项目设计任务，提供卓越的设计产品

• 能高效执行紧急的设计任务

任职资格：

• 建筑学专业本科或以上学历

• 1-2年(初级)和3-4年(中级)国际知名建筑事务所或国内大型设计院工作经验

• 具备建筑设计项目各个阶段的经验，能够实施从初步研究到施工文件的设计工作

• 良好的团队合作精神和责任感

• 熟练掌握和运用AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, V-ray, Revit等软件

Architect - Shanghai

Responsibilities:

• Assist the director to complete design tasks according to the established design direction

• Solve assigned emergent tasks in a flexible and efficient manner as needed

Qualifications：

• Bachelor degree or above in architecture major

• 1-2 years (junior) and 3-4 (senior) years work experience in a leading international design firm or institute

• Strong design capabilities and experiences in all phases through schematic design, design development to construction drawings

• Good team player, strong sense of responsibility

• Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, V-ray, Revit and other design software

室内

Interior

室内设计经理（商业设计方向）- 上海

工作职责：

• 高质量完成项目设计任务，提供卓越的设计产品
• 制定项目方案设计计划，合理调配资源，对项目进度负责

任职资格：

• 优秀的室内方案设计能力，熟悉项目方案设计、初步设计等各个阶段的工作流程以及图纸要求

• 8年以上知名事务所工作经验，5年以上商业室内设计经验

• 优秀的沟通能力和协调设计团队的经验

• 熟练使用AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop等设计制图软件

Associate (Retail Design) - Shanghai

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality design service and deliver excellent design products

• Manage project progress while allocate resources reasonably

Qualifications：

• Excellent design capabilities in all phases through schematic design, design development to construction drawings

• 8 years or above work experience in an international practice with which over 5 years’ experience working on retail interior design is preferred

• Excellent communication skills, experienced in coordinating design teams

• Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop and other design software

高级室内设计师 - 上海

工作职责：

• 高质量完成项目设计任务，提供卓越的设计产品

• 能高效执行紧急的设计任务
  

任职资格：

• 优秀的室内方案设计能力，熟悉项目方案设计、初步设计等各个阶段的工作流程以及图纸要求，在设计总监和设计主管的指导下完成项目设计

• 室内设计、环境艺术设计及建筑学专业本科或以上学历

• 5年以上知名事务所工作经验

• 熟练使用AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, PS等设计软件

• 拥有良好的团队合作精神和责任感

Senior Interior Designer - Shanghai

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality design service and deliver excellent design products

• Solve assigned emergent tasks in a flexible and efficient manner as needed

Qualifications：

• Excellent design capabilities and experiences in all phases through schematic design, design development to construction drawings

• Bachelor degree or above in architecture, interior design or related majors

• Over 5 years work experience in an international practice

• Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop and other design software

• Good team player, strong sense of responsibility

室内设计师 - 上海

工作职责：

• 根据既定设计方向，高质量完成项目设计任务，提供卓越的设计产品

• 能高效执行紧急的设计任务

任职资格：

• 较强的方案设计能力，熟悉项目方案设计、初步设计等各个阶段的工作流程以及图纸要求

• 室内设计、环境艺术设计及建筑学专业本科或以上学历

• 3年以上知名设计公司工作经验者优先

• 熟练使用AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop等设计软件

• 拥有良好的团队合作精神和责任感

Interior Designer - Shanghai

Responsibilities:
