2019XBRL国际会议参会嘉宾介绍 II

2019年XBRL国际会议将于2019年10月22日-10月24日在中国上海召开。本届大会由XBRL国际组织主办,上海财经大学承办,上海财经大学会计学院执行。会议的主题为:Data Amplified·the future of business reporting ,会议将汇聚来自XBRL国际组织成员的相关政府部门、监管机构、学术研究机构、全球知名企业、大数据分析领域的领军人物和行业领袖,共同探讨大数据、人工智能开启全新环境下,XBRL国际商业报告标准的未来。


嘉宾介绍

Hans Buysse is Managing Partner at Clairfield Benelux in Antwerpen, Belgium, since 2009. He leads a team of 10 people at Clairfield Benelux and has extensive experience in Structured Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Risk Management and Financial Analysis. Hans focuses on business services, infrastructure and financial services. He plays an active role in PPP infrastructure transactions for De Lijn, acting as financial advisor for Koninklijke Bam, Engie, Willemen, Heijmans, Franki. He executed Mergers & Acquisitions mandates for Huawei, Option International, Interparking, DNWB, Ajinomoto, Brambles. He executed strategic missions for the National Lottery, the Belgian Federal Government a.o. together with Nomura, UBS, Duff&Phelps, Leonardo & Co. Hans previously worked for BNP Paribas Financial Markets, Deloitte & Touche (Director), KPMG (Partner), NIBC Bank (Head of Advisory), Codic (CFO).

He is a lecturer at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and an adjunct Professor at the Vlerick Business School. Hans is Board member of EFRAG, EFFAS and XBRL International. He is member of the ESMA CWG CRSC and is chairman of the Belgian Association of Financial Analysts.

Hans holds a Masters in Applied Economics (Vlekho – Brussels), a Masters in Management (F.I.M. – Brussels) and is a Certified European Financial Analyst (ICHEC – Brussels) with a degree in Tax Management (FHS – Brussels).


Bas supports organizations in the complex world of digital reporting and compliance. With over 15 years of experience as a business consultant, and a strong background in finance and IT, he supports companies and governments to prepare for the transformation of manual, paper-based reporting to digital, standards-based reporting.

Bas has worked on projects within governments, financial institutions and multi-nationals in the areas of Standard Business Reporting, XBRL, SEC reporting, ESMA ESEF XBRL reporting, accounting, consolidation, IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley, Basel/CRD, Solvency and GRI.

He is involved or has been involved in XBRL projects for the Dutch and Belgian government, Dutch Central Bank, Standard Business Reporting for ABN AMRO Bank, ING Bank and Rabobank, and for a number of multinationals.

Bas is a member of the Best Practices Board and the Nominations Committee of XBRL International. He is co-founder of Aguilonius Netherlands, Taxxor and OpenSBR.


Paul Hulst works as data specialist and XBRL team lead for the Dutch Central Bank as of 2016, previously working for Deloitte Netherlands. He has conducted various XBRL projects focused on the design and creation of XBRL taxonomies as well as on the preparation of XBRL instance documents. These projects have given him extensive knowledge of the XBRL standard and of XBRL software tools. Paul is a member of the NBA (Dutch association of Chartered Accountants) Taskforce on XBRL/SBR Assurance, the Expertise Group of the Dutch Standard Business Reporting (SBR) Program and the Taxonomy Architecture Guidance Task Force of XBRL International. He is the principal architect of the GRI taxonomy that was launched in 2012. Using the GRI Taxonomy Paul created the Deloitte Sustainability Report 2011/2012 as an XBRL instance. Paul regularly conducts XBRL training sessions and has presented at many conferences about the design and implementation aspects of XBRL. From his many years of experience with the implementation of large scale business intelligence & data integration projects, he has extensive experience in data architectures and information flows. He has presented at many previous conferences on XBRL assurance, sustainability reporting and other XBRL topics and was the track chair for the non-financial track at the Dublin conference.


Stanislav Korop joined the Bank of Russia in December 2014. He was appointed as Advisor at the Department of non-credit financial institutions reports collection and processing, then – as Head of the Office for Information and Analytical Support leading the XBRL implementation project in the Bank of Russia. Since June 2017, Stanislav Korop is Deputy Director of the Reports Processing Department. Currently he coordinates the work of the Office for XBRL Taxonomy Development and Support and the Office for Methodological Support of Reports Collection and Processing.

Previously in 2008 – 2014, Stanislav was in charge of corporate finance and operations support at companies providing investment and consulting services, as well as at companies of microfinance sector. In 2003 – 2008, at Ernst & Young he obtained extensive experience in auditing financial institutions and operations support.

With broad experience in the development of educational programs on XBRL implementation, since July 2019 Stanislav heads a separate sub faculty at the Financial University “New technology in collections and processing financial statements”.


Maria Mora is Principal Engineer on Artificial Intelligence and XBRL Expert at Fujitsu Laboratories of Europe. Chair of the of the Best Practices Board at XBRL International, Member of the ISO TC 64 , Chair of the Academic Track – Eurofiling XBRL week and Technical leader of the Integrated Suite Working group at AECA. She leads projects to increase the adoption of financial and non-financial information among companies and their stakeholders using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and reporting standards. Previously, she worked at XBRL Spain, AtoS Consulting Spain and the CDP for the dissemination of the XBRL standard within Spanish regulatory and supervisory entities. With 14 years of experience, Maria has a high-profile career in strategy, research, innovation and technical leadership in the business reporting domain.

Since 2005, she is member of several XBRL working groups from the Spanish Financial and Corporate reporting community, participating in projects with national regulatory authorities, including the Bank of Spain, supervisory agencies and national accounting associations (AECA), leading experience in Financial, Solvency, Corporate, and Sustainability Reporting.

Maria has an Engineering Doctorate (EngD) in Systems Engineering at the University of Bristol (United Kingdom). Her areas of research were system engineering applied to corporate reporting, information systems, semantic technologies and Big data. She is author and co-author of several international articles related to XBRL in financial and sustainability reporting published in business and information systems journals, academic conferences, books and magazines.


Since more than 15 years, Fujitsu is a leading global provider of XBRL technology for taxonomy development and instance processing as well as tailored XBRL-based solutions with customers around the globe.

Eugeniusz’ role as Business Analyst (since 2013) in the EMEA region covers such areas as product management, project specification as well as XBRL-related training development and delivery. He participated, among others, in:

 ▪product development of the XWand Reporter – a powerful, one-stop-solution for filers

 ▪XBRL technology trainings for several European central banks

▪customized taxonomy data storage solution for a central bank

Recently, Eugeniusz has been involved in several R&D projects in Fujitsu regarding development of formula linkbase QA tools, transactional level data handling and high performance XBRL data storage.
