纽约公共图书馆2018暑期书单!含学龄前、小学、中学、成人

暑假期间,各种各样的暑期书单出现在网络上。让一个人爱上阅读,永远都不算早,也永远都不算晚。今天与大家分享一份特别的书单——美国纽约公共图书馆2018年的暑期书单,共87本图书,从新出生宝宝的绘本,到学龄前、小学、初中、高中、成人……各年龄段都有好书推荐,有一些虽然还不能买到,但从中可以看出美国社会对不同年龄段孩子的教育侧重,值得我们借鉴。
纽约公共图书馆(New York Public Library)建于1895年,至今已经有超过100年的历史,是美国最大的市立公共图书馆。
这里有超过5500万件藏品,包括1493年哥伦布宣布发现新大陆的信件、乔治华盛顿的告别演说原件等,是公认的、世界上最好的图书馆之一。
如果大家去纽约旅游,一定不要错过这处历史文化地标。而今天我想和大家分享的,正是这座权威图书馆,最新推出的“2018暑期必读书单”!
这份书单按照读者年龄分类,从新生儿到幼儿园,从学龄前到小学、初中、高中,以及成人……各年龄段都有好书推荐,一共多达87本。
我将这分书单看了好几遍,觉得非常有收藏意义——即使有些书不是立刻能买到,或者超出孩子年龄,但保留这份“成长型书单”,以后选书更有指导性。这份书单,还能看出美国社会对不同年龄段孩子的教育侧重,值得我们学习。
所以,我花了一个通宵将这些书的资料整理出来,加上部分重点图书点评,并准备了纽约公共图书馆专为孩子们打造的英文儿歌书,文末可见免费领取方式。希望能对大家有所帮助
下面会按照“学龄前、小学、中学、成人”的顺序介绍这份书单。每个部分都有年龄/年级细分,非常实用。
学龄前书单
Babies:0~18个月 (10册)
纽约公共图书馆在给出这份书单时说,“让孩子爱上阅读,永远不嫌太早。”鼓励家长从孩子出生开始就给孩子读绘本。
有些书和作者我曾经给大家介绍过,例如《Moo, Baa, La La La! 》、Karen Katz,有的则是咱们推荐过的同类型的书,例如《Things that go》是触摸书、《Twinkle, twinkle, little baby》是洞洞书。
书单里还包括一册中文绘本,是教孩子认识数字的,可见探索数字从孩子一岁半以前就可以开始了哦!

纽约公共图书馆的这份书单,还特别注意让孩子们了解自己的城市,因此从新生儿的绘本就开始有讲述纽约的内容。这让人深深感到,“本地城市主题的优秀儿童绘本”,在中文童书领域,相对还是少一些的。
