个人简介

2003年本科毕业于华中科技大学,同年进入中科院上海神经科学研究所。2005年随导师实验室转至北京生命科学研究所(NIBS)/中科院生物物理研究所,2008年获神经生物学博士学位。2009年开始在麻省理工学院Picower学习与记忆研究所(The Picower Institute for Learning and Memory at MIT )进行博士后研究工作。2013年1月回国,任职西安交通大学前沿科学技术研究院。2014年4月加入上海科技大学生命科学与技术学院任助理教授、研究员、博士生导师。2020年晋升为终身副教授。



主要研究内容


我们发展和应用光学成像、神经调控、遗传学标记与神经环路示踪等最新的方法精确地研究情感及其相关的精神类疾病的重要科学问题。实验室拥有国际领先且全面的光学成像仪器(双光子显微镜、梯度折射透镜、光纤光度测量)和技术手段,同时也将结合单细胞测序,质谱技术等前沿的分子生物学手段,深入研究以下重要的神经科学问题:1.应激/压力的神经机制;2.神经精神药理的环路机制;3. 神经与精神疾病治疗的新策略。我们的研究将有助于重要的精神疾病比如抑郁症、焦虑症的治疗。
