介 绍 信
介绍信结构包括：说明被介绍人的身份，提出希望收信人做的事情，以及向收信人表示感谢或者表示希望能合作愉快。

证 明 信
写证明信为证明一个人的身份、能力和职位等。

通 知
通知主要包括：写明标题通知（notice）；说明事物、活动的时间、地点参加人员及内容或更改原活动的原因和更改后的时间、地点和落款。
