中国法律新视界⑦丨《外商投资法》新规体系7大亮点全面解读！

要实现“一带一路”倡议，法治保障是必不可少的关键要素。为此，“一带一路”律师联盟广州中心及广州国际商贸法律服务中心在广州律协微信公众号设立“中国法律新视界”专栏，并邀请广州地区部分从事涉外法律业务的资深律师，拍摄、制作并陆续推出关于中国法律的英文宣传视频，在对外展现广州律师涉外法律业务能力的同时，让更多的境外主体和律师同行了解、熟悉中国法律，为推动广州涉外法治建设作出积极的贡献。
2023 marks the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative. Since its inception, the Belt and Road Initiative has remained resilient and dynamic, providing new opportunities.
To realize the Belt and Road Initiative, the rule of law is an essential element. To this end, the Belt and Road International Lawyers Association Guangzhou Centre and Guangzhou International Commercia Legal Service Centre invite some senior lawyers engaged in foreign-related legal business in Guangzhou to shoot, produce and launch English propaganda videos about Chinese law one after another. While showing the foreign-related legal service capability of Guangzhou lawyers to the outside world, more foreign subjects and lawyers will understand and be familiar with Chinese law, which can make positive contribution to promoting the construction of foreign-related rule of law in Guangzhou.

2020年1月1日起实施的《外商投资法》及其实施条例，取代了以《中外合资经营企业法》《中外合作经营企业法》《外资企业法》为基础的原外商投资监管体系，确立了我国利用外资的基本制度框架。本视频主要从外商投资新规法律体系、监管范围、准入前国民待遇和负面清单、配套制度、境外投资者和外商投资企业权益保护几个方面介绍《外商投资法》新规体系的亮点。
The Foreign Investment Law and the relevant Implementation Regulations which came into effect on January 1, 2020, has replaced the previous foreign investment regulatory regime, which were based on the laws on Sino-foreign Equity Joint Ventures, Sino-foreign Contractual Joint Ventures and Wholly Foreign-owned Enterprises. The Foreign Investment Law has established the new fundamental framework for foreign investment utilization in China. This video mainly introduces the highlights of The Foreign Investment Law from the aspects of the overall legal system, the scope of foreign investments, Pre-establishment National Treatment and Negative List, the ancillary regulations, and the protection of rights and interests of foreign investors and foreign-invested enterprises.
