2017年台湾从大陆赚了7534亿元，其中近一半是从半导体上赚的。无论是从美国军购，还是知会瑙鲁恶心大陆，钱都可以从这里来。
这种吃了饭就砸锅的日子，台湾可过不了几天了；今年年底，大陆的半导体产值将首次超过台湾。
前后挖了3000人
2018年，对台湾地区别具意义，台积电创办人张忠谋退休，象征一个时代结束。
年产值超过5000亿元的半导体产业，老一代人才谢幕之际，培养了几十年的领军人物却纷纷跑去了大陆。
早些年，三星的芯片制程一直被台积电压着打。
直到重金挖来了台积电的二号人物梁孟松，三星才在14nm上翻了身。硬生生从台积电嘴里，抢下了苹果芯片的部分订单。
而现在，这个人被中芯国际挖了去。
梁孟松入职之后，仅用半年多就把中芯14nm制程试产良率，从3%提升到95%。
和梁孟松一样为大陆所用的台湾半导体人，大约还有3000。
大陆能给的，台湾给不了
高薪与平台，是吸引这群人到中国大陆的关键。
当年三星挖梁孟松的时候工资涨三倍之外，还出动行政专机，载他和其它台积电前员工定期往返台湾和韩国。
但是比起大陆的挖人手法，三星这个就是小巫见大巫了。
三顾茅庐算是诚意满满了吧？但是大陆为了挖人，直接在“茅庐”住下了。大陆厂商的代表，到了新竹的酒店，一住就是半年。
住下之后，先找猎头公司，有一家算一家，挨个报价，挖一个人给跳槽者年收入的40％作为酬金。
挖到一个介绍重量级人物，猎头可以拿到上百万的酬金。一时间，新竹工业园尽是猎头的身影。
去大陆吧，三年赚够十年的钱。
有小孩是吧？每年提供6万元人民币的学校补贴。
不忍抛弃原来的同事？那就一锅挖呗。
在大陆的高薪攻势下，台企南亚科一次流失了48名高级技术人才，美光子公司的DRAM厂华亚科跑了约400人。
有的十八线的小厂经不住挖，想派保安去撵猎头，结果保安都被挖了。
全产业链的吸引力
两、三年前，台积电南京厂一动工，立马吸引上下游约两百家厂商进驻，从IC设计、设备商到化学原料等等，应有尽有。
上到风口浪尖的荷兰的设备商ASML，下到叫的出名字的台湾半导体工程商，例如：帆宣、亚翔、汉唐全都屁颠屁颠的跟了过来。
台积电在其大本营也不曾见过这种阵仗，为什么呢？
从一座厂，扩散成一百家供应商，再扩散成一千个、一万个人才。在亚洲，只有具备了全产业链的中国大陆才具备这种吸引力。
你不到大陆来设厂，不加入大陆的供应链，就没有赢的机会……
单挑变群殴
与传统芯片相比，AI芯片的成功，需要与网络巨头合作，需要大数据喂养（一个只做过2台手术的医生跟一个做过1000台手术的医生，有得比吗）。
错失了网络发展的台湾地区，只有被按在地上摩擦的份。
比如，在IC设计领域，大陆多数IC设计公司，其设计能力不如台企，但因靠近阿里巴巴、腾讯、百度、华为等巨头构筑起的生态系，把单挑变成了群殴。
芯片有差距是吧？把自制芯片搭载在比特币挖矿机中销售，并结合比特币云端挖矿平台、代管矿机等服务打包出售。
以前是一个初中生打一个小学生，现在台湾还是那个初中生，而大陆这边的小学生，叫上了他读初中的表哥，上高中的堂哥，以及上大学的舅舅。
截至去年底，大陆有1380家IC设计公司，是台湾地区的五倍多。其中，就产生寒武纪、深鉴科技等估值超过十亿美元的“独角兽”。
台积电去年前十大客户被他们瓜分殆尽。
2017年，联电28nm制程订单贡献营收至少逾新台币220亿元，而台积电的28nm即使已量产7年，依然占到了其营收的23%，约2250亿人民币进账。
然而不到两年，上海华力微电子一口气从联电挖了60名研发28nm制程的技术人员，紫光更是把台积电前CEO挖了过去，试问这样的迅猛攻势，全球哪家企业受得了？
很多人不知道，中国半导体产业发展速度并不慢，早在2013年，中国半导体产业年复合增长率大致是20%+，4年翻一倍。而咱们的邻居印度，还在待在新手村混经验。
再加上现在的贸易战背景，中国半导体产业基本上政界、商界、舆论界所有的障碍都已经扫除掉了，我们可以继续发挥“集中力量干大事”的优势来发展半导体产业。
换言之，美国钳制中国高科技的攻势越猛烈，大陆招揽半导体人才的力度，就会越强悍。
据专家测算，2018年——2020年中国半导体年产业复合增长率至少将是30%+，3年翻一倍。2017年中国半导体产业产值为5000亿人民币，2020年可能会超过1万亿人民币。
1万亿的产值虽然放到中国80万亿GDP背景下不算什么，但关键是半导体产品是中国进口商品最大项，每年要花费2700亿美元进口，这个产业能够起来，对于改善国际开支，加强外汇储备是有重大意义的。
而与之形成对比的是，台湾未来的顶尖才将不断从台积电和联发科等一线公司流走，而剩下的二三线半导体企业则会迅速走向破产。
过去，半导体产业为台湾地区罩上一层“硅屏障”。
对外，台湾当局可以用全球IC产业断链来要挟各国维系台海安全。
对内，每年近850亿美元的产值，无论是蔡当局动辄几亿，十几亿的军购，还是数额不明的“邦交国”维持费用。
都得从半导体产业薅上一大把羊毛。
如今，这层硅屏障在大陆半导体崛起下已逐渐薄弱，台湾地区的半导体产值很可能在今年被中国大陆超越。
没了摇钱树，他们拿什么闹台独？
更让台独份子后怕的是，连高收入的“半导体产业人才”大陆都能吸引过来，其他各行各业的人才，大陆自然是手到擒来。
要钱没钱，要人没人的时候，嚷嚷着台独的蔡英文会是个什么下场呢？
