花菜咖喱

Cauliflower curry

Vegan纯净素美食

食材

INGREDIENTS


干豌豆 25克

25 g dried peas  


干腰豆25克

25 g dried kidney beans  


花椰菜 大概300克

300 g cauliflower


土豆 一个

One potato


番茄 一个

One tomato


干台菇 一小把(或其它菇)

A small handful of dried mushrooms (or fresh mushrooms) 


纯净素咖喱粉(无五辛*) 少许

2 teaspoons curry powder*


胡椒粉  少许

½ teaspoon pepper


天然酱油 少许

1 teaspoon soy sauce


岩盐 少许

¼ teaspoon rock salt 


|*|市面上的咖哩,很多都有含蒜粉、洋葱粉等,所以一定要看清成份,否则建议到素食材料行采购比较保险。

|*|many curry powder contain garlic, but I recommend to chose one without onion, garlic and leek. If you cannot find such a version you can mix it yourself : some ground: coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, cayenne pepper

 

做法

INSTRUCTIONS


1. 豆子需要提前浸泡大约8个小时。加适两倍的水煮七八分熟.

 Soak the dried beans and peas about 8 hours in advance. Add twice the amount of water and cook until they are al dente.


2.干台菇浸泡大约15分钟。土豆切丁,花椰菜切块番茄切成小块。

Soak dried mushroom for about 15 minutes. Dice the potatoes and cut the cauliflower &tomato into small pieces.

3. 热另一个锅,将台菇稍微干炒。炒好后加少许的水、土豆、番茄、豆子和纯素的咖喱粉和胡椒粉一切煮熟。

Heat a pan and slightly fry the mushrooms. Then add a bit of water, the diced potato, the tomato, beans and peas, vegan curry powder and pepper and stir well.


4. 最后加入盐和酱油一起调味便可享用。

Add salt and soy sauce to taste.

Recently, I've been trying to learn how to cook and take pictures.


本来做饭拍照都感到很欢喜,很自在。

I always feel very happy and comfortable when cooking and taking photos.


然而,当自己看到别人做的比自己做的好看的时候,心里会有些失落。之所以会感到失落是因为内心与与别人比较,有得失结果心,不接纳现状的自己。

However, when you see others do better than you do, you may experience a letdown. When I started to compare myself with others, I cared too much about the results and did not accept my own present process.


做饭原本是一种修身养性,享受当下能有时间为自己做一餐美味的素菜,做饭拍照的初衷是希望通过做饭的同时还能与身边的朋友分享素食的美好。

Originally cooking is a kind of self-cultivation, it should be enjoyed having time to cook a delicious vegan meal for myself. The original intention of posting photos of the food was to share the beauty of vegan food and lifestyle with friends.


我们做任何事情都在和之前的自己相比,不断学习如何突破和超越原来那个还有提升空间的自己,今天的我比昨天的我有没有进步一点?欢喜一些?自在心安一些?

We do everything in comparison with the previous self, continue to learn how to break through and surpass the previous self. We should ask: Have I made any progress today in comparison with yesterday? Am I more happy? Do I feel more in inner harmony?


真正的提升自己,并不仅在于提升自己的能力,还需要学习接纳,敢于面对内在那个还不够完美的自己。发现问题,面对问题,正视问题,改正自己的心念和态度。

Real self-improvement is not only to improve the own ability, but you need also to learn to accept yourself, dare to face the inner that is not perfect enough. Find the problem, face the problem, then correct the own mind and attitude.
